I have tried for a month to receive a code to reactivate my Telegram account and get absolutely no response. All that is required is my telephone (cell) number and a code. Why is there no one to send the code? The app. was downloaded and then all old account deleted on my computer. There is a new app. in place to get back on line. How do I receive the account number when the account is still open in Telegram but I can not receive the code?
