Over the weekend I had purchased 2 dresses and paid R100 each as per the 2 for R200 promotion at Mr Price.

I purchased 2 different colors and sizes as gifts and unfortunately one of them had a hanger that says Small but the actual size was Extra Small.

I went back to a Mr Price store today to exchange it however, the color I had purchased was out of stock of the size small so I opted for the pink one.

Same dress just different color.

To my disappointment and utter disgust, this supervisor named Judy at Mr Price in Access Park Kenilworth told me I would have to pay the balance of R39.99 which obviously would not be a problem but I was so disgusted as I have never had this issue before, I would always have the choice of choosing either another style or the same style in the same or different even if it was on promotion and the promotion was no longer valid in all the years I have shopped at Mr Price.

I am completely and utterly disgusted by the lack of customer service and lack of proper explanation provided by a supervisor of all people! All I was told is "The promo is no longer valid and you must pay R39.99" extra and all this after standing in a queue for 20 minutes with no movement and having to scratch through rails to find items as the store was very untidy and unorganized.

I then took my money and purchased a dress at a competitor which was more but I had no issue paying as I received excellent service from the time I stepped in until I stepped out of the store.

This has officially opened up my eyes and made me see that not only Mr Price Ottery but Mr Price Access Park too are the worst stores to shop at . I will no longer be purchasing from any Mr Price store and will share my review on all social media platforms as I am always promised change but I never see it.

I purchased Gift card on the 16th of November as a wedding present for my friend, it was delivered on the 22nd on Monday, today 25th of November she went to the shop only to be asked of references that was never provided to me or to her . I know shops operate differently but the inconvenience we now have that we need to call and retrieve a reference number which was never provided to us or to our friend is very disappointing for a big company.

I have a query here, on my every month statement there is a lot of airtime purchases which I do not even know about. Please investigate and come back to me. Can you also please check the phone or whatever used to purchase these multiple purchases because I have my phone with me and I am not the one who bought these airtimes but every month my statement comes with a lot of airtime purchases on it.

I ordered something online and I got my order number, when I call to find out how far it is as it has passed it's delivery date they say it's handed to pargo. When I call pargo to find out how far it is they say they did not receive it. I want my money back don't want it anymore as am leaving Joburg today am coming back next year.

I have an airtime on credit through Mr Price mobile since October had to make numerous calls as my data package and airtime is not been allocated correctly. I have made numerous calls and the outcome is the same they will escalate and no feedback thereafter. The supervisory level does not even take calls to assist as if they are in hiding.
The staff are incompetent and i even had one consultant cut the call.
I am still waiting on feedback going second month.

I was struggling to pay for my mrp account so in September 2021 they called me to make a payment arrangement of R500 a month, which was bellow my installment. I agreed and did that from then on. Today, 09 Nov 2021, I call them to find out how much I can pay to get my account up to date and I find out they handed my account over in September, right after making an arrangement with me. I don't understand why this was not communicated with me as I would've made a plan, instead I was told to pay R500. They made an arrangement with me only to hand over my account on the same day? I don't think that is how it works.

Your branch in kenilworth closed early than supposed to ans the staff just pasted a crumpled up note on the door just before closing a whole 30min earlier than supposed to. I came to exchange an item for item for bigger size and explained to them that, a male staff member rudely told me the store is closed and if inwanna lay a complaint to go ahead bit they're closing.

I popped into Mr Price Tembi Mall(Shop 2 Tembisa Mall, CNR Sheba st/George Nyanga Dr, Tembisa, 1632). I was assisted by Mpho (MPNDO), inside the basket I was carrying there was a price tag that you found on rails to see how much items cost, I found it in the basket, she accused me of stealing it and wanting to use it for personal gain, I further kept telling her I found it in the basket but she kept on saying I stole it, she then kept making snide remarks about the items I bought, until I told her I need to pay and leave. She was rude and her service was poor not to mention how she kept talking about the items I had bought, saying why most of us are buying them. I'd be happy if this matter is looked into.

I placed an online order [protected] on 13 October delivery was supposed to be on the 20th I've had numerous online chats and they promised my order would be delivered by this weekend. The tracking date changes every day to a later date I've tried to cancel but the said I can't cos it's already in transit I've emailed them and the don't respond to the email the number they have listed doesn't work.

I made a purchase at mrp the grove on 23 october 2021 was told I will receive the slip via email. Still waiting

I've been harassed for weeks regarding outstanding amount, MRP updated their website - balance outstanding showed R105 - which was paid. Then got phoned saying R55 outstanding, then got phoned again saying R388 outstanding.
Paid R400 25/10 - got sms today stating still outstanding and my bureau listing will be negatively affected? But I paid 2 days ago.

Tried phoning 3 times on the number listed on the sms - got cut off all 3 times.

So I started a contract with Mr price mobile and called in a year ago to make sure I don't get charged out of bundle usage however I had a new contract a year later and few months into the contract all of a sudden I had major charges called and was advised that I was told of the terms and conditions but bare in mind they should already know what my account looks like since I was always a cust well I then said to her this happend before I asked for the out of bundle usage to stop it and it was done then a month later I was charged again called in somehow it was lifted so basically I'm going through the same thing now the person who called me back to tell me all this crazy about new contract I just hung up I will not recommend Mr price mobile to anyone goodbye my contact number [protected]

I am a 72 year old pensioner and I bought a pair of shorts for R159.99 from the Northgate branch. They were for my granddaughter and when she tried them on at home, they did not fit. Unfortunately, the purchase slip was somehow lost. I went to Northgate branch with the shorts, label still attached, and was told they could not refund me without the original slip. I find this outrageous as I now sit with pair of shorts I can't do anything with. As a pensioner, R160 is a lot of money to waste. I really find this policy unfair and it just leaves a bit taste in my mouth about future shopping at Mr Price

I went to purchase a sweater for my son i walked by the kiddies department the pecks was laying on the floor unattended my foot knocked against one of the pecks i slipped and fell on my left side of my body.

2 clients helped me up as the staff was no where seen. I reported the matter to the supervisor cause the manager was in his office. I left the store cause i was feeling not feeling well i indicated to supervisor i would return later to fetch the forms which i did. My phone Huawei P10 Lite got cracked infront and at the back. I showed the supervisor and she showed the manager Not Once did the manager make his way to check if i was ok or neither did they take my number to ask if i am doing ok.
I was given forms and was sed go to the DR i also informed the supervisor that im not working and cant afford private Dr the day clinic St Vincent was Full with its sufficient patients and my issue was not an Emergency as yet.

i had to isolate from the Sunday cause my dad had symptoms of Corona he is 77years old.I went to Dayhospital on Thursday 14th and they indicated Mr Price was supposed to send me to private DR where they are liable to pay the Dr's in my area wanted cash im still in pain Dont Know what to do.

Good day. I placed a click + collect order last week Tuesday, and the order still has not been processed, it still says order submitted. I was supposed to have collected my order on Tuesday and It hasnt even bern attended to. I have tried your WhatsApp, your chat bot on the app and even your call centre without getting any assistance. I just spent 10 minutes on hold waiting for clarity about my order. I'm very appalled by the online service from Mr Price. From other reviews I know that asking for a refund will also likely take even longer to receive, even though the occasion that I wanted the dress for has passed.

Yes, you have read that correctly.
Calling in to the help desk is frustrating and pointless just to have the phone put down in your ear.
Using the whatsapp for queries, they straight up tell you to call the help line and refuse to help you.
I have sent emails! NOTHING!

Ended up going to a local Mr Price where the manager helped me send and "email change" request form…Thank you so much for him trying to help me… he told me that he unfortunately needs to show people away, unable to help them because he can't call in to Mr Price SA head office either. They just don't answer the phone.

Apparently my email change, that should not even have been a need, can take more than 30 days!

Good day, According to my understanding i settled the contract on the 3rd March 2020.
Mr price mobile acc:[protected] paid with ref no:[protected] amount of r1297.00 and ref no:[protected] amount of r1501.00 now i'm being threatened with lawyers. I am the one who made effort to call them and they referred me to the store. unfortunately the receipt is not clearly visible to be scanned but the information is written above.

Please be so kind to cancel the airtime contract with immediate effect. Your contract does not allow me to transfer airtime, do my ewallet services. This is none negotiable. I want this cancelled before cob today.

This inconvenience has caused me enough for a day and a night.

I'm very unhappy about the service I got at Mr Price Postmasburg. I bought a trouser on the 4th of September, I fitted the trouser and it fitted perfectly. I went to work with the trouser on the 8th of September and it got thorned between the legs. I went to Mr Price on the 10th with the trouser nd the price tag as I lost the slip. The manager was very rude to me telling me that he wasn't the one who thorned the trouser. And he also can't help me. I left the trouser at Mr Price as I can't do anything with it.

On the 09/09/21 there was an incident where 3 strange guys were having a meeting in our canteen and it wasn't business related issue, so I asked my supervisor about those guys and he said he don't know also as he wasn't informed, so I find it strange because a lot of Mrp policies were broken as no one was informed and aware of such incident.
My supervisor said I must ask my manager since she runs the store, so I was afraid to ask her because she doesn't get along with me very well and I don't know why.
Those guys were there for about 10-20 minutes long so I fear for the store I work in because we have a serious stock loss, as well for my associate who have no idea and what if those guys were planning something big..
So my manager was against -covid policies, stock loss plan policies and store policies..
I'm not against anyone instore but I think my manager did wrong
