Stuur maar hierdie boodskap aan julle direkteur of mense van Mr Delivery slegste slegste diens ooit. Jy kan nie vir n persoon n diens verskaf, maar jou drywers is "incompetent" nie. Dis ONAANVAARBAAR. Julle is veronderstel om n PROFFESIONELE maatskappy te wees wat die diens lewer van 45 minute "delivery time". Ek het twee ure gewag en NOGSTEEDS NA AMPER 2 URE nie my kos gekry nie

Mr. Delivery Delivery of meal

After waiting an hour and 20 minutes and 3 call laters we still never received a order. No one contacted us and the order was cancelled on our app without any notification. All food outlets are closed. Disgraceful service mr delivery

Mr. Delivery mr delivery poor service and drivers

I ordered from RocoMamas Cresta crossing last night. On the APP it showed the restaurant would be ready by 19:57. I phoned the RocoMamas at 20:17 and they informed me that the driver picked up my order "ages ago) (their words). I phoned the MrD call centre at 20:20 and the guy said he would escalate and phone me back. 15min later he still did not phone or let me know anything. By this point the APP still showed the food was not picked up. I phoned the MrD call centre again at 20:34 and the lady said she would escalate again.
 
A couple of minutes later (I watched the APP the whole time) the APP updated to show the food was picked up and that I could track the driver. The driver showed on the map immediately and he was in Windsor West (not close to the restaurant or my house). He arrived 5-10min later with the food. The food was cold, the package was damaged and the driver was "out of it", either drunk or something else.
 I will NEVER use MrD again. We will order on Uber from now on. This is the second time this week MrD messed up a delivery. On Saturday night the driver did not phone when he arrived at our house and just left.
 
VERY VERY poor customer service as well as I tipped the driver in the payment process. With Uber you wait until the driver actually delivers before doing the tip. SHOCKING

Mr. Delivery meals ordered from mcdonald's

ive order 3 bigmac meals and had only recieved the burgers, i mean i paid 130 rand onlyy for 3 burgers and on top of that i gave the guy a tip. where is the rest of my food? my drinks and chips? i am really not happy about this since i had ordered a full meal and onlyy got half of it for a full meals price, what kind of bussiness is this? i want myy food please. resolve this issue. cant go handing out people half of the food they paid for

Mr. Delivery customer service... or lack thereof

Email I sent to "somebody" that may or may not exist...

We use Mr Delivery a lot. Or we did. After this past experience I cannot imagine using it ever again, given the level of customer service that I received last week. Our food arrived two hours after we ordered it and it was nasty and inedible.

We placed an order at 7:19 and expected the hour estimated delivery time. We got a text after that hour had since elapsed that it would be another 20/30 minutes. Ok, I guess. But we were starting to not really want the food anymore. After that text time had elapsed, I called to cancel the order. We did not want the food anymore. I just wanted a refund. I was refused (customer svc: Pride?). I was told I could not cancel and that I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager (Daylin?). Same thing. No refund. No cancel. Nothing he could do. He said that he would escalate the issue to my local office. I asked for that number/email to follow up in case they didn't get back to me. I was refused this info and told to just call the same number back. The food arrived two hours after ordering. The pasta was soggy and gross. It went into the garbage.

Well... no contact. So I called back the next night. I spoke to a girl (Kim?) that was really helpful and understanding. She said I should have gotten a refund that night. Unfortunately since it was the next night she could not do it but would get her manager. Daylin came back on. Was somewhat nicer this time and said he would escalate (again). This time he did give me this email address.

No contact again. No surprise either.

It is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced for something like this. There are a lot of Delivery options available. The fact that I couldn't cancel my order or get a refund for food that was late and bad is inexcusable. Especially in a new and competitive market.

I'm wondering if this is even a valid email. I will continue to try to make contact just on principle. And I will be spreading the word on this service to every venue that I can.

Mr. Delivery delivery times/food quality

I understand this company may have limited available drivers to deliver food some days, but this is the fourth and last time I will be ordering from them. Having to wait over an hour for food I could easily get in less than 20 minutes is ridiculous, on top of the fees you charge for delivery. If your driver's are not receiving minimum wage and the money is going back to you for maximum profit- shut down. You have a horrible business model. Delivering food in a timely manner, the correct order, and quality food should be your primary concern and it doesn't seem like it is from the other complaints I see. Even the restaurants who offer delivery do better than you time wise. Will no longer be a paying customer, your prices are not worth it.

Mr. Delivery driver behavior

Delivery driver a female lady in the Ann Arbor/ Ypsilanti market driving a gold sebring, covered in MR Delivery signs stopped in my business parking lot and pulled her pants down with her legs and butt sticking out of her driver side door she then pissex in my parking lot. When she pulled out to leave I stopped her and asked her to pick up the paper she used to wipe with, she and the other person riding along with her both started to yell at me as if I had done some thing wrong.

Mr. Delivery horribly slow, food cold

On Monday, October 29, I ordered for the 3rd and last time from Mr. Delivery. They are extremely slow, but they advised me up front. What I really hate is they make no attempt at all to try to keep the food hot or cold, as appropriate. I ordered soup and a salad and a kids pizza from Olive Garden. The soup was cold as was the pizza and they were not in any sort of insulated bag to keep them warm, just in a large Olive Garden bag along with the salad, which had gotten slightly warm and wilted from being in with the hot food.

Mr. Delivery order #1498321

After placing my order, I received a message about 20-30 min delay on top of 45-60 min delivery time. With this change being inconvenient to my schedule, I called in asking (respectfully!) whether I could cancel the order. I was told the kitchen was already prepapring my order, I could no longer cancel it. I had no choice but wait for the order to arrive. When it arrived, a paper bag FULL of napkins was delivered to me. There was no food, just napkins. When I called Mr. Delivery again, they offered to refund the order. Not only I had to adjust my schedule to accomodate this delivery, but I get disrespected and humiliated in the end with an immature prank. I care less about who's fault it was, and it's not my responsibility to figure this out and take care of the problem. However, making sure that the customers are fully compensated not only for the money they spent on their food, but also for wasted time that ended up in some sort pity prank, is Mr. Delivery's responsibilty as a business. I am not sure if just a refund is enough for me to ever use mr. Delivery services again.

Mr. Delivery terrible delivery thru grubhub

I ordered Applebee's through GrubHub and Mr Delivery was who "delivered" it. The driver calls me and tells me he is in the lobby of my hotel when in reality he hasn't even pulled up yet. I walk to the door to meet him and he is holding his pants up with one hand as he hands me my order with the other. My food containers are all sideways in the bag with the sauce leaking out in the bag. I was extremely disappointed and if you have the option to avoid using Mr. Delivery, make sure to avoid them.

Mr. Delivery food delivery

On October 6, 2018, I placed an order with Mr. Delivery. I did not receive the order and called customer service, and was told that the driver attempted to deliver my order and my phone number was wrong. I explained that the number that this driver called was my office number. After getting nowhere with this agent and I requested to speak to a supervisor. I told the supervisor what I told the customer service agent and in addition that I placed an order on October 3 with no phone number issue. The supervisor assured me that my card would not be charged for the order I placed and never received. Since that date, I've got nothing but the run around. I called my credit union and filed a dispute today. I've been a loyal customer with this delivery service and it's really ashamed that Mr. D is willing to lose a customer who has spent a lot of money with them for $33.76, but you will not take my hard earned my give me NOTHING.

Mr. Delivery refund still not processed

I placed an order with the mobile app on Saturday 19 August and paid via direct card deposit. I received notification AFTER debiting the amount, that my order was not approved and that my cash was automatically refunded. I then placed another order thinking the money was transferred back as stipulated only to again have it cancelled AFTER they debited my
account. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. NOT ONLY DO YOU GUYS BLUFF CUSTOMERS BY TELLING THEM THEIR MONEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED BUT YOU ALSO DEBIT THE ACCOUNT PRIOR TO AN ORDER BEING ACCEPTED OR DECLINED. I AM BEYOND AGGRAVATED WITH THIS. REFUND MY MONEY! I WILL MAKE USE OF ANOTHER PROVIDER

Mr. Delivery lazy drivers, bad service, incomplete order

I have used this service on and off when I have had no choice and can not leave the office. Mr Delivery's service continues to decline so I am done with company. Their delivery people do not give a damn and do not provide friendly customer service. It doesn't matter if I am missing silverware and napkins or that my order is wrong or that it to longer than the time given...this company does not care.

Mr. Delivery food delivery

I was waiting an hour for my food to find out that no one was even going to get it. Called customer service, said they would put a new driver on there. That was all they were going to do for my hour EXTRA wait. so when I insisted that there needed to be someone done for the issue, they offered me a $5 credit for future delivery. Sorry, they can keep their $5 credit because I will NEVER use them again.

Mr. Delivery delivery service

I've had terrible service from this company in the two times that I've used them. The first time we ordered salad and cheese bread and they delivered pizza and a sandwich. It took multiple calls before we received the order THREE HOURS later. This time we ordered a salad and pizza and we received a salad and a cookie. When we called, they were not apologetic and rushed us off the phone. They really should have their franchise pulled as they give the overall company a bad reputation.

they shouldn't even be allowed to have the so called service they can only dream of having. one of the so called Michael instead of reimbursing my money back called shows at my apt and tells I can have a free delivery next. I told him that after spending hundreds of dollars he can take his $3, 45 and put it where the sun never shines. maria

Mr. Delivery cellphone delivery

I have been waiting for a delivery that my order tracking showed that the delivery will be made today on a Tuesday before 17h00
But then at 14h58 the tracker quoted "recipient was not there to take delivery" and i dont understand how as i have been home the entire day and i have not recieved an sms either.
And now they state the driver can no longer return today but instead they will reschedule for another day, which i doubt i will be availabe.

Mr. Delivery delivery from dickeys

me and my boyfriend put In a delivery and we didnt get one of the meats or the sauce that we were supposed to and it was cold when we got it they refused to do anything about it at mr.delivery a representative hung up on us then told us to take pictures of what we got after we asked multiple times to just send the food back to get a refund overall I am satisfied as this is the second order that has been incorrect i will not be ordering from this company ever again.

Mr. Delivery I ordered from checkers

They called me 5 times. When my son came to get it. The bags were ripped and the drink holder was falling apart. Got inside the hotel and items were missing. I didn't pay 50 for a horrible service. I was staying at the clarion hotel in Kalamazoo for school. I don't even live here. I would like 10.00 back. For the items that were missing. If not I will never ya ur service again.

Mr. Delivery delivery service

Ordered meal takes 20 min to get order in staff vert confused has to call location and check on every question you ask. Get a txt shortly after calling in saying order cancelled. Called in to be told restaurant not doing carryout today. So spent time getting another order together and after another long process were told order will more than likely canceled because they are to busy to deliver. What? Yes then were told our order was cancelled by area manager so lied to. Time wasted. This is a horrible business model I could go on and on...

Ordered from Denny's. Waited an hour & 15 minutes. Called & was told this restaurant was out of business, they are too busy to fill my order & my order was canceled? WTH? Charged my card & I'm still waiting to get my money back at this point. Do Not Deal With This Sham Of A So Called Service. Done with Special Delivery, Mr. Delivery used to be great but is now sold out to people that barely speak English. NEVER again.
