Motel 6 review: service

July 13, 2015 I checked in the hotel in room 212. They were doing repairs, there was alot of noise, no big towels, no ice machine, roaches, and bugs. I left and came back, there were kids yelling & screaming in the room before mines. The door kept opening closing, & cars was arriving every two minutes. Called the front desk to tell to call the police. She said "they have been here already". I asked to be moved to another room, but they said they had no more vacant rooms. This went on about until 5:30 am. Went to the lobby to wait in the manager early that morning. Two other tenants and i. Manager didn't show up until 10:30 am, which I stayed in the lobby the whole time. Manager offered me $10, I refused, she wrote her name & number for me to call cooperate office. I have had three sets of complaint numbers, cooperates office respond was "someone charged that room that night". No way someone else is being charged and I am not being refunded.
