Me and my boyfriend just got back from a week-long vacay in Kos last May. We stayed at Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel and let me tell you, it was amazing! We didn't find any faults at all. The pools were great, the restaurant was fantastic, and the rooms were brilliant. We really needed a break and that's exactly what we got. The entertainment staff were also great. They weren't pushy at all but they loved to check up on us and help us with anything we needed. One thing that really stood out to us was the "adult bar" at the hotel. The bar man, Edward, was brilliant. He had loads of banter and made us want to come back every day. Elli, the waitress, was also amazing. She was always smiling and welcoming. We really enjoyed every moment at the hotel and we're definitely going back next year. Thanks for a great holiday, guys!

Grifid Encanto Hotel team, we just want to say a big thank you for making our family vacation unforgettable! This hotel is amazing, with a perfect location right at the sea and the beach! The food was awesome, and we enjoyed an amazing variety of choices of delicious food, exotic fruits, fresh juices, and cocktails! This time, there was even a special diet buffet!

We travel around the world, but we always plan our summer vacation at this wonderful piece of paradise. It's the perfect place to get full relaxation and energy for our dynamic life! The sea view is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the unique balneology center is a must-visit. The bars are great, and the staff is the most friendly and nice we've ever met. We felt safe and well taken care of, thanks to the outstanding managing crew!

We've been to this place 11 times, and this is our second time since it became part of the Grifid chain. We will definitely come again and again to your hotel! Please keep up the great quality, and we'll see you soon again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel not once, not twice, but three times in 2014! My first visit was in May for a two-week stay, followed by another two-week visit in September, and then a week-long stay in November. Let me tell you, each and every time I stayed at this hotel, I felt like I was truly on holiday.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They all speak English, which made communication a breeze. The pools are wonderful, and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to go around. I also loved the private beach - it was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing animation team. These dedicated and hardworking people made sure that there was never a dull moment. They provided entertainment throughout the day, and even served drinks right to my sunbed! In the evenings, they put on a fantastic family show that was truly entertaining.

I want to give a special shoutout to some of the amazing staff members who made my stay so memorable. Thank you to Bebishe*, Mimmi, Gigi, Yara, Bruno, James, Filousa, Bobo, Yasein, and Mona. HolidayCheck is a great website that I really enjoy using. It's mainly a hotel review platform that is available in multiple languages, but it also has a forum where you can discuss travel-related topics with other users.

Although the English version of the website is relatively new compared to the other language platforms, it still provides a lot of useful information. Even if you come across a hotel that doesn't have any English reviews, you can still get a good idea of what it's like by looking at the ratings system. One of the things I really appreciate about HolidayCheck is that you can upload your own pictures and videos. This has been incredibly helpful to me on several occasions. In fact, there was one time when I was able to avoid booking a really terrible hotel because the pictures on the website were so misleading!

Another great feature of HolidayCheck is that you can book hotels directly through the site using booking.com or expedia. I haven't personally booked anything through the site yet, but I have used it to research hotels and read reviews before making a decision.

Overall, I would definitely recommend HolidayCheck to anyone who is planning a trip and wants to make sure they're booking the right hotel. The website may not be the most visually appealing, but the content is really top-notch.

We just got back from a week-long stay at the Steigenberger Pure Live Style hotel in Hurgada, and let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience! We opted for a swimup suite and were pleasantly surprised to find a jacuzzi included as an extra perk!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and felt right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel like VIPs.

The meals at the main restaurant were extensive and varied, with both breakfast and dinner options available. We were impressed with the quality of the food and the service, with the staff always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

In addition to the main restaurant, we also had the opportunity to dine at the poolside and seaside restaurants. The salads were super fresh, and the pastas were delicious, always served with a smile.

For dinner, we had the option of choosing between a Libyan restaurant, Typanjaki, and Suchi, all of which were top-notch. We were spoiled for choice and thoroughly enjoyed every meal.

The various bars around the hotel ensured that we were never thirsty, and we appreciated the wide selection of drinks available.

One thing that really stood out to us was the exceptional hygiene standards throughout the hotel. Our room was spotless, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

We also visited the spa, and the price/quality ratio was just right. The staff were attentive and professional, and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Just got back from my trip to Rhodos and I gotta say, Mitsis Petit Palais was the bomb! Everything about it was just amazing! The location was the best, only 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the marina and old town. Plus, it's super close to the airport and public transportation, which was super convenient for me.

Now let's talk about the hotel itself. The staff was just so nice and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. They even had entertainment a couple of times a week, and let me tell you, Derek night was just awesome! My room was pretty spacious and the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. They cleaned my room every day and provided fresh towels and amenities, which was really nice.

The food was just great, too! It was buffet style and they always refilled the half-empty trays, so there was always plenty to choose from. As a picky vegetarian, I was really happy with the variety of options available. Everything I ate was just delicious, and I left feeling really satisfied.

The bar was also really nice, with a friendly bartender and some pretty good drinks. Overall, my experience was just amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Me and my partner had a blast during our two-week stay at Hotel Sheraton, thanks to the amazing staff and facilities. The hotel staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile every time we saw them. We would like to give a special shoutout to Veronica and Laura for their exceptional service in making our belated birthdays extra special. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and cakes delivered to our room, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

The hotel itself was fantastic, with three pools to choose from - one cold and two heated. There was also a children's pool with slides and safety measures in place. It was great to see that the hotel had plenty of sunbeds available, which meant no one had to wake up in the middle of the night to reserve them. This is something that the hotel frowns upon, and we were glad to see that they take it seriously.

We opted for the bed and breakfast package, and we were not disappointed with the food. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, and we enjoyed trying out different dishes every day. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with ample storage space and a free safe. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge and free tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom was also impressive, with a bath and a walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, and luxurious robes and slippers.

If you're looking for a change of scenery, the hotel is located right next to a beautiful sandy beach with a safe lagoon. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun.

Me, my wife, and our two pals have been to this hotel five times in the last two years. We went there in May of this year and we knew that the hotel had been taken over by a different company since our last visit in October 2017. The new management team has made a huge difference. The hotel has always been super clean, but the food and the new staff are incredible now. The new owner is always around and talks to the guests every day. Many of the old staff have left, but Sucru is still there and he's in charge of the bar and restaurants now. He's so much happier now and it shows to the guests. Mehmet, the lifeguard, is still on the beach and he's a lovely man. The beach bar is staffed by Mustaffa who has a wonderful outgoing personality. Kemal, who drives the courtesy coach to the beach, is very helpful and he's also a lovely man. The bar is managed by Ali, who's also a lovely man. Our waiter in the restaurant was lovely too, but I forget his name, it starts with a K. Overall, the new owner has employed a wonderful team. The hotel caters to many nationalities, including Russian guests who are mostly nice people, but there are always exceptions, just like with any nationality. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and we'll definitely be going back in October.

Experience!

Me and my partner went to the Liberty Hotel Lara for Christmas and it was a blast! My partner had been there before, but it was my first time. The reception staff were so friendly and funny, they made us feel right at home. Mustafa even upgraded us to a room with a sea-view because we had stayed there before. Our room was amazing, it was so clean and luxurious.

The staff at the hotel work so hard, from the Entertainment Team who never stopped, to the Kitchen Team who made the most delicious food, to the Room Service Ladies who made swans and hearts out of towels for us, and the Bar Staff who always had a smile on their faces. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were so amazing. They really made our stay special.

The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. They had edible houses, a Christmas tree that was out of this world, and a table full of cakes that were all so delicious. The Christmas Eve Gala was amazing, the food was so good and we were even entertained by Il Divo who were incredible. Santa even came to visit us!

There was also a photographer at the hotel who took some amazing photos of us. We will definitely be going back to the Liberty Hotel Lara. It was the best Christmas we have ever had!

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Chris$#*! Kiteboarding Kitesurfschule and I would not recommend their services. My family and I booked lessons with them back in October 2015, which cost us 1325 Euro. Unfortunately, we only had one lesson on the 28th of October and then there was no wind for the rest of our stay, despite our efforts to try every day. I had requested the vouchers promised to me, but Chris$#*! did not send them. At the time, I didn't mind as I knew Chris$#*! was aware of the issue and that he was the one who created the vouchers anyway. I had also made it clear that I couldn't come back in 2016.

However, now in 2017, Chris$#*! is not honoring our agreement and owes me 1150 Euros, which is not an insignificant amount. I have tried to contact him through emails and phone calls, but my messages have been ignored and unanswered. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Furthermore, I have discovered that it is not legal to have one-sided terms in a contract, where a trader keeps money as a result of an act of God, such as no wind. Under EU law, contracts cannot be biased to one side. I should have had this money returned to me at the end of my stay.

As a result of this experience, I will not be using Chris$#*! Kiteboarding Kitesurfschule's services again and I strongly advise readers to read the other poor reviews listed. I am currently seeking ways to address this issue and I hope that Chris$#*! will take responsibility for his actions.

In conclusion, I believe that Chris$#*! Kiteboarding Kitesurfschule is not a professional outfit and I cannot recommend them.

So, I had a pretty bad experience with Augusten Hotel in Munich, Germany. They stole 500 eur from me and I was pretty upset about it. I decided to leave a review on holidaycheck.com to warn others about this hotel, but unfortunately, my review was not posted. Holidaycheck.com said that they couldn't post it without a scanned police report, which I thought was pretty ridiculous. I mean, not everyone has the time or resources to go to the police and file a report just to leave a review on a website.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with holidaycheck.com. I understand that they want to make sure that the reviews on their website are legitimate, but I think that they should have some sort of system in place to verify reviews without requiring a police report. It's not fair to people who have had bad experiences and want to warn others about them.

So, I was trying to book a hotel in Sevilla and I used booking.com for that. But, guess what? These guys from holidaycheck.com took two payments of ?69 from my credit card. I was so mad and frustrated. My bank said they would try to get my money back from these fraudsters, but it's been a while and still no luck. I mean, seriously, what kind of business is this? So, we had a bit of a problem with HolidayCheck DE. We accidentally made two reservations for the same trip and when we tried to cancel one of them, they hit us with a whopping 1200 EUR cancellation fee! We were shocked and immediately requested that they waive the fee since it was an honest mistake, but they refused. They told us that we had to either travel to both reservations or cancel one with the full fee.

Needless to say, we were not happy with this response. We feel like we were taken advantage of and that HolidayCheck DE was not willing to work with us to find a solution. We are now in the process of taking legal action against them, which is not something we ever wanted to do.

We just want to warn others about our experience with HolidayCheck DE. If you have any problems with them, be prepared for a long and difficult battle. They do not seem to be very customer-friendly and are not willing to work with you to find a solution. We hope that our experience will help others avoid the same situation.
