I have already made a complaint by paper downstairs but upon checking in to my room which I did online, my room was extremely disgusting. I booked a double bed and was given a single bed with no refund for the amount for a double bed. I have one older child with me that's grown that works nights and me and my two minor children ages 7 and 2 with one bed inside of the broom. The bathtub had a ring of skin. The walls are completely dirty. The refrigerator was yellow. There was dirt all over the floor. We got one face towel and one dish towel. We were put into a suite with the kitchen at. There was no dishes. No way to clean the dishes. We got one soap and a shampoo packet. My stay here began October 4th. 2026 and on the very night I checked in I was awakened by the fire alarm. It wait there was no chaos nor did it feel hot or smell like and I did not see anyone evacuate the building. Therefore, during the fire alarm I did not awaken my children or exit the building due to it being 1:43 a.m.. the alarm triggered again around 35 minutes later but was a very short alarm and the next morning I went downstairs to find out if there really was a fire and when I came out into the hallway the fire doors had closed so I had to walk down the physical stairs. Upon going into the stairwell I seen white powder all over the carpet and the phone was off the hook which I hung up. Going down the stairs. When approaching the desk the office was black and there was a sign that said be right back. The time was around 7:45 when I went to 7-Eleven to get coffee as there is no coffee maker inside the room either. That day I had a lot of errands to run including taking my children to daycare and which why I didn't want to wake them up during the fire alarm. My eldest son which works at muckle shoot casino worked overnight and came home at 6:00 a.m. and went to sleep around 9:00 a.m.. I left around 10:15 and which exiting the building. There was a customer standing at the desk again. Lights off science Day and be right back and I explained to the gentleman that no one has been at the office since Awakening. I asked the customer if he was checking in. He is actually checking out. I said well I'm sorry but I don't know when's there going to be bad. Just to let you know. After exiting the building with my two minor children I asked some of the the more extended residents if there actually was a fire in the building last night, they look confused and said no. I don't believe there was a fire. I believe someone just pulled the alarm. Nothing to be afraid of. Around 7:45 p.m. on October 5th my son was awaiting me to get home and called me to let me know that the fire alarm in the building was going off for about 10 minutes. At this point when a a" telling everyone to evacuate the building.! When I ride to the building everyone is exited. The building and fire trucks begin to arrive with three fire trucks and two police officers responding to the scene and we remained outside for about 20 to 25 minutes. When the fire department declared, it was safe for us to enter the building. This was the last day of my reservation and which I extended my reservation the next day. Once getting into the building my key was no longer working for my door so I went to the desk to get my key reset. I still had no clue what exactly had happened or if there was an actual fire. I assumed because of the night before this was just a false alarm. When I approached a desk the clerk in which checked me in today. I came and is a very sweet, responsible and good employee. Was it a very extreme panic because she was the so-called crazy lady running down the hallway telling everybody to evacuate that my phone was speaking about doing her job as she should. This is the main reason I did not exit the building the night before because if someone was going down the hallway screaming fire or get out or anything commotional I would have got up and took my kids out of the building. I asked her if there really was a fire or was it a false alarm in which that that would be messed up cuz they really had her upset. She explains to me. no I'm the one that sets the flyer alarm off and I am the one that exited everyone out of the building as I go to school for this exact thing and I have been taught that when there is a fire you must exit is the building to ensure that our guests are safe starting with elderly and then children and women in which she personally went up to the fourth floor during this fire and started to beat on each and every individual door keeping in mind which rooms had children and elderly and them exiting them first and made sure every person was out of the building before exiting herself. This really upset her completely because of course she has her children at home and went to her head that she did what she was supposed to as an employee of accompanying. That seems to not really care about their customers at all and that's coming out of my mouth, not her. She could have never seen her kids again by saving all of us over a fire that should have both definitely been spotted because it was said it was electrical fire that did start the night before and which I went back to bed with my kids and could have died inside this hotel because no one took it seriously the night before and there was no clerk that I seen on duty that night. To my knowledge the clerk was here behind the curtain sleeping. It was told to me to please write a complaint down on on paper so that the company could for sure look into the situation because she said she is here 5 days a week and when she is here she is the only clerk. But during the morning and the overnight shift there are other employees and during my 4 days to stay here I'm only seen three employees. The man that was overnight. I only seen him that day. I was speaking too then Floyd that exited to us out of the fire. When she came into work. She was told by residents that there was a fire alarm and so she had put papers on each and every door that there was a rapport of a fire and that she needed access to all the rooms in the next 48 hours to find out if there was a problem or a fire hazard somewhere before this could happen. Of course the flyer actually happened. The story I wish would stop there but it does not cuz as I have 2 days of reservation that I have dealing with the flyer it is now time for my reservation to thief. With the lack of sleep and the stress I'm not assuming the responsibility of packing my stuff back up and leaving. I had intent stay here extendedly as I'm waiting to get into my house. Right now my son is in transition from part-time to full-time and we are limited on income until his first full-time paycheck. Yesterday I borrowed money from my mother to pay for 2-day stay because I explained to her we had had any rest due to the alarms and fire. My babysitter has now had my children for 2 days for safety and for assuring myself that I don't have to worry about my kids in the event that I leave the room and the hotel catches on fire again. While making the reservation online, I was able to get my room rebooked after multiple times of being booted off. During the payment process. I booked a room for two extra nights with checkout on the 8th which is the day that my son will be getting paid and we were in hopes to stay here extendedly which I'm. I'm not sure if that's going to happen with everything that has happened here on the presses. After booking my room for two nights, my payment is pending and according to the clerk that I have never seen until yesterday, she did not receive the reservation on her side and Denny's included that we owed utility fees that were not included in our booking online, which again the attendant the wonderful attendant that saved their lives and did not charge me this charge or any additional charges from what I booked online. There is a lot of things going on that need to be attention to the company, but I am also making a report to the health department and to the Washington Serge and general because this is dangerous and it seems to be that the employees do not care except for that one cuz if I find out that one that saves all our life gets representative for all the rest of your employees. We're going to be at a hotmore Miss but the better Business bureau is also being contacted. I demand that I get my money back for these hotels stays because it is ridiculous that for 4 days of me paying $500 to stay here. It's crap beyond crap. There's no other hotel I have stayed in that is this crappy and I stayed in multiple motel 6s Tumwater Federal Way. This is ridiculous. I also tried to call the way her number to fix the situation with the payment pending which luckily David came beating on my door to kicking me out. Wish I wish they would cuz I would sue you guys. I need to speak to somebody of high importance because as of today you're going to have reports from the health department the better builders bureau and surgeon general. When I was talking to your clerk on phone I was hung up like five times until I gave up. I still do not know if the Clarks downstairs got my reservations with by checkout for tomorrow on the 8th. When my son gets paid and my birthday is on the 9th. This whole situation has been so horrendous you guys got to get it together man. I'll work here. You need somebody to work here. I need somebody to contact me very urgently at [protected] and I will be very much tracking this so if you think it's going away it's not and if I find out that appointment. Thank you have a nice day
