Monster Reservations Group review: Reservation

I was trying to book a deal at a beach resort and at the very end. My sales person mentioned am amount to be charged for owners.
When I caught the price I asked what. She explained I was just paying for a service to ne able to get a reservation.
I asked her to cancel my service charge.
Now I see by my credit card bill it was not canceled.
It's a shame you have to charge people for something they were not told about from the beginning.
I would appreciate your cooperation on fulfilling my request.
I was charged 76.93 for a svc I did not consent to.
