I was employed at the Moes located in columbia. My GM ( Marcus Young) and assistant manager (Jermaine Fludd) have been firing a lot of hard working employees. Everything is based off of there feelings. They would schedule me to work certain days during the week and an hour or so before my shift message me telling me to come in earlier then expected. I would be scheduled at 5-close and would have to change my agenda so I could come in at 2. We NEVER GET BREAKS. I work 10-11 hour shifts with Zero breaks! They pay we're supposed to receive isn't at all what we make. This Moes really needs to be looked into. Also they're is an issue with getting paid. I got in a car accident the night they fired me. I loved my job and I was great at what I did but the management is very poor!
