Moe's Southwest Grill review: lack of customer service and overpriced

I went into Moe's in Mt Vernon IL this evening after church to grab a bite. Host 1103 waited on me and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I stood there waiting for two minutes before she even came to wait on me in line and I was the only person waiting, she was too busy laughing and talking to the two guys that worked there that were also doing nothing. Then she goes back to the register and gets the nachos and comes back and some guy and woman walk in and start talking to her like they are regulars or family, so she is talking to them as if I was not even waiting to be waited on. I ordered nachos, she asked if I wanted beans and I said "Yes please and some chicken and a little hamburger". Then she said "That will cost extra". I said that is fine. Got to the counter and paid $12 for the meal with a drink, rip off! She charged me an extra $1.99 for a spoon of hamburger, I could go to the store and buy a pound of hamburger for that much and will the next time! The other weird woman customers husband left and she stood at the counter staring at the T.V. and me for fifteen minutes then when she left said "See you guys later, take care to the workers and gave me a dirty look as she walked by so I gave her one back, she was so gross". Then the three of them were cleaning and acting like they were closing and it was only 8pm so I asked what time they closed and the guy said 10pm. They only had two customers myself and another couple and we both left quickly. I am done with this place, every time I go in it is something worse!
