Moe's Southwest Grill review: fundraiser

Good afternoon. I am hoping you can help me to resolve my issue. My team, the Capital City Steelers Cheer Squad, participated in a fund raiser Wednesday before last at 9660 Falls of the Neuse Road. I participated in one at the Creedmoor Road location in 2018, Raleigh NC, and expected the same hospitality and friendliness at the Falls of the Neuse Road location as the Creedmoor Road location. Last year, I was able to call the next day and find out what we made for planning purposes and when we could pick up the check. Nearly two weeks later, I am unable to even find out an amount. Every time I call, I am given another reason why nobody can check for me. One person said only the general manager could access that info. Another said a manager with a code. I was told to call Thursday, then Sunday, and then Wednesday, at which time I was given a manager's name and personal cell number to call. He was not the right person to speak to, and upset because the call was directed to him. However, he has committed to finding out what is going on. I need someone to contact that location, and ensure that this doesn't happen again. We are also due whatever we made for fundraising, and I can assure you we had a full basket of receipts. We depend on fundraising for uniforms, to participate in competitions, etc, and had participation of all cheerleaders that night as well as their families.
