Bought food at the Bristol location when my family was passing by, drove 35 minutes home to eat it and found missing food. Called and spoke to the General Manager Eric who said we could come back and pick it up?! 35 minutes each way?! Told him this and he said he would issue a refund for the missing food and send a gift certificate for this happening. Neither happened. I followed up in January and again he lied and said he would give a refund and send out a gift certificate. Spoke to corporate, Keeana, and explained the problem on Feb 24th. Said to call her if I didn't hear something in 3 days. Got busy and call finally contacted her today, 3/7. She didn't seem upset and said she would reach out to them again and if I didn't hear in 3 days I could call her back. Really? Is this customer service? I am done with them. Beware of this location. If you want to be treated as if your patronage means something, this is not the company to deal with. There are other restaurants that would welcome your business, try Chipotle might be a better choice.
