Modo Casino review: My money was taken thru fraud and use with unauthorized by me

I checked me PayPal account which I use for saving purposes imagine my surprise when checking one day and I have been drained with most transactions coming back to modo casino. I have never used your service nor do I even know what your service is. I can guess you're a casino which is illegal in my state so I am confused how your taking my money but I wanted it back. I have sent multiple emails to you over this and get nothing back from you. I will not stop this I get my money back. Thank you
