I am Judith Canfield of 6723 Humphrey Road, Clinton WA 98236. For 2 months I have attempted, via numerous emails, to get a refund for services/products that I never received from Modilly.com. At least 7 emails have gone out and to deaf ears. It is as though there is no company at all, just a shell game for money. I mean to get a refund immediately. If not I will proceed to get muscle behind my request and you will not like that. Here is my orders and dollars I want returned to me immediately. I have used you before, have purchased items and had no problem. Do the right thing and reimburse me, my own money, now.

None of these items ever arrived. order: M2309010741 (09/01/2023) for $66.46 and M230814065229 (08/14/2023) for $59.36- neither of these orders have arrived. I have requested a refund multiple times but I am ignored. I am trying one last time before bringing in the BBB and an Attorney to examine your practices. It is illegal for you to refuse to refund my dollars spent for no product. I expect to hear from you in the next two days about this refund. I do not believe you want me to report you to authorities outlining your lack of response to a customer. Judith Canfield
