Mobilink / sms package

Dear concern,
It is to inform you that I am a warid user and I have activated my weekly sms package on regular basis. Before 3 days sms charges deducted continuesly till today. I have called 4 times help line but your representative confirmed that my sms is activated. And they refused that not charges have been deducted on sms, I share all facts and figures about the deduction. But they did not response positively with me and argued that i am making wrong complain.
After that I have captured screenshot of all deducted and I offered them to share it with them, than they shared a cusmer care email to me. I shared all screenshot with your customer care email. But just received a acknowledgement email, but not any positive response still.
Totally disappointed with this avoidance and non professional behavior of jazz.
