Exxon review: rude behavior from employee

I have never been to this particular gas station before and I will never ever return there. First of all the employee who says she is the manager is the most rudest hateful person I have ever met. Young black lady. When I pulled up to the pump I did not realize at first that I pulled up to the diesel pump and I guess I did not realize that she stated that the pump I was at was diesel and I was not thinking when I tried to put the gas pump in my car. This young lady came outside and yelled at me saying "Ma'am I just told you that you parked at the diesel pump and you need to pull up!" I said in a very calm voice "I'm sorry I misheard you". After I pumped the gas in my car I went inside and asked her who the mangaer was. She stated that she was the manager. I stated in a calm voice that I did not appreciate her tone with me. I did not mind her correcting me but yell at me was unacceptable. She yelled at me again when I confronted her. She stated still yelling at me that I'm sorry you took it that way!. This young lady should not be a manager of this gas station let another nowhere with that bad attitude! I have worked in customer service for over 15 yrs and I know how to talk to people! She just has a bad attitude! I was not going to go off and lose it on her because she is not worth it! But she needs to learn that in her position as an employee and as a so called manager there is a way to talk to people and address them without being rude, hateful and mean! I felt threatened by her coming outside and yelling at me like that! Then she was playing Juevenile rap music on the inside to the maximum volume possible! Very unprofessional! She needs to be addressed about her attitude and about bumping rap music loud in a work place! I have never in my life dealt with such ignorance and hatefulness from someone but she needs to be lectured about this! If she can't do no better then she does not need to be working there! I know everyone needs a job but somethings do not make any sense and should not be tolerated! She needs to check that attitude and learn good customer service skills because she has none! I felt like I had just walked into a ghetto hood store!
