I have unauthorized charges on my cell phone. Never once have I agreed to any contract of this nature but on viewing my itemised billings I was shocked to see transactions being done during the early hours of the mornings when I am normally fast asleep. I demand an inquest in this and also a full refund for the months: February, March and currently April. How does Vodacom enter into an agreement with unscruplous operators like Mira Networks.
