We have been cooperating with Midland in an attempt to get a short sale this has been going on for greater than 70 days, we have a letter that said we qualify for it then they send an appraisal out, tell us the clock for the short sale does not start until they get price back which is another 120 days the hpuse has to be on the market. With the restate, if house does sale it can go deed in lieu making use responsible for all months of unpaid mortgage and penalties. This is the reasen for us moving we can't afford mortgage.
