Kosha came by and provided excellent service and did good work in a timely manner on short notice. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He fixed the issue with my air conditioning unit and now it's working perfectly. I would highly recommend Mid-Fla Heating and Air LLC for any HVAC needs. They are reliable and efficient.

I got a new air conditioning thing from Mid-Fla Heating and Air LLC in June . It cost me a lot, like over $7,000. But guess what? I had to call them three times 'cause the thing wasn't working right. And now, they're coming out again, making it the fourth time. They wrote down one or two of the visits as "regular maintenance," but now they're saying I gotta pay $99 for them to come and check what's wrong. I don't even know if they'll charge me more if they find a problem. I asked the lady about a warranty, and she said, "Yeah, only for parts." That means I gotta pay for the labor. It's just crazy, you know? I've had to call them more for this new thing than I did for my old one that lasted me 10 years before they replaced it.

9 month old ac and heat unit needed a new part cuz it was messed up. Got hit with a $212 bill, total rip-off. They said it was covered by warranty, but who knows if that's true. I'm ready to take legal action if they try to mess with me.

Martin did a grate job explaining the importance of my service needs today. Forming my A/C unit wasn’t ever done. He checked everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Excellent employee, courteous polite, hard working send him back my next service.

Heeting system check up as well as system. Tech Julio D was polite, safety conscious, very efficient and fast. Also, pointed out two possible problems for us to follow thru on- wasp nest On door screen and ants in and around outside unit. Would welcome him back as tech. anytime my system needs care.

Josh C. did a great job. He was here for a tuneup and spent over 2 hours going through my entire system. I highly recommend this company. I've dealt with many AC companies before, and this one is the most reputable. He explained everything in detail and didn't try to sell me anything.

After several bids for a new furnace and AC unit, we found Mid Fla in Gainsville. They offered a complete system with the best price and energy-saving services included. The installation was done professionally, and Mike, the lead installer, completed everything we requested. Wes, the service tech, and Amanda helped resolve some technical issues, even during the Corona Virus shutdown. Everyone was professional and persistent in providing a completely satisfactory installation.

The service techs are great! The company is a different story. They sell a new system installation and tell you afterwards they recommend you have them come back for additional new charges to install a start capacitor. If it's necessary or recommended, it should have gone in with the new unit when the financing was obtained. Every time they come out, it's $99 just to come out, parts are in addition to the drive. To replace a $40 run capacitor (which does come with a new unit as opposed to the recommended start capacitor which does not), they charge $227 for. That's a 228% markup over retail. And that's after they explain your discount because you also pay $150 a year to get their biannual checkup service without which they would have charged $267 for the run cap. Which again can be purchased by anyone retail for $40. Now take into account we are talking about a system they installed as brand new 13 months ago with a supposed 10-year warranty. I'd give them 0 stars but for the great techs they have.

Air duct cleaning - We bought a house that obviously hadn't had their filters changed regular. You could look up into the air vents and all you could see was like fur. The ceilings had 8-10' black dust trails from the vents. Those had to be vacuumed off. I was worried at first cuz I didn't wanna have to paint the ceiling. The dryer vent hose had at least 2" of buildup. We could dust the furniture and almost right away it looked like we never touched it. We hired this company to get all of the ducts clean cuz we knew this couldn't be healthy. They came, set up and all of the vents were cleaned, as well as the vent coverings. The result was amazing. Haven't had a chance to see how it will do about the furniture dust. The workers were engaging and pleasant to work with. To my amazement they cleaned up every little bit of whatever they did landed in the house, no matter what surface or where. I've never had a business do that. Normally it's left for the homeowner and, trust me, it never makes me happy. I won't lie, it's not cheap. But if it does what I hired them for I'll be one happy person. I highly recommend them.

Technician Wesley was on time, very polite and performed maintenance on system on inside and outside unit. Wired Oxy quantum to terminals to save energy. Very thoughtful of extending life of bulbs and savings on energy bills. We have used this company for over 20 years, excellent service. ..
