LBA Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing

All of LBA technicians are super sharp. Always do a good job. I use them for my heating, electrical and plumbing. Their yearly maintenance agreement is something I purchase each year to keep everything running top notch, including my sump pump!

I bought a brand new AC system fromLBA in 2018. The unit is still under warranty. This year it stopped blowing cold air. The LBA repair man says it's not under warranty because this particular part of the AC unit was not replaced. When I bought the unit the salesman verified all parts of the unit were being replaced and never made mention of this other part that was supposedly not replaced. Now they want another $2500 to fix it after I just paid off the $4000 for my new unit. Please help me. I don't have my original receipt but I am in LBAs system

LBA Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing came out because my step down to the basement with a drain was clogged and my basement flooded from the rain. They came over and fixed it the next day. They are very competent and courteous. This is the 3rd time I've used them and everyone was quick to get someone here.

Had terrific service from LBA these last few weeks! I was given a quote for the job the day Scott, the system design specialist, arrived. I later asked for an additional quote and he responded promptly. Walter, the technician, and his assistants completed the installation efficiently and I am pleased with the results. Keep it up!

Because we had, choice home warranty (rip-offs), we had to to deal w/ these clowns. We are senior citizens, and this Co. gave misinformation info to the warranty Co. Causing them to deny a claim, involving our furnace which could cause, Corbin Dioxide leak. My guess is since we are senior citizens, breathing in Corbin Dioxide doesn't matter to them.

LBA Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing was the plumber who came out to give us a bid on installing a new water heater and installing a new turn-off valve to our main house line. They were prompt with expected arrival time and took plenty of time both listening to our explanation of the work we were requesting, as well as explaining recommended other code additions indicated. They represented the company in a very professional manner.

Noah was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wore a mask and shoe covers when he entered my home without me asking. As a pest control technician we have the same protocol so this is much appreciated. After diagnosing the problem and writing up a proposal he was not pushy and I didn't feel pressured into making a decision right then and there regarding the repairs. I will absolutely refer friends and family to LBA.

Can't say enough great things. This was our first time using LBA and thanks to Phil the technician, we will be repeat customers. Courteous, prompt and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. Honest and upfront about price range. This was an impossibly busy week with most service companies booked solid and we ended up having more issues than we scheduled for. He fixed every single one. Thanks Phil!

First time using LBA and impressed so far. The Receptionist/dispatcher is very pleasant and explained that many emergencies had come up for Monday morning and asked if we could move the appointment to later in the day. Called again with an early finish and got the tech here earlier than expected. The tech was pleasant and thorough and performed the maintenance without disrupting my work. Will definitely use them again.

We had some plumbing issues and the technician from LBA Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing was great in explaining to me my options. He was super friendly, courteous, and did a great job! Later in the day, another technician came to do the yearly AC inspection. He was very thorough efficient and very friendly. I would also like to comment that the office staff were wonderful in keeping me informed of when the technicians would be arriving. They were also very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with LBA Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing.

I had a really great experience with Al Motz from LBA. Al is recently from Minnesota and he really knows furnaces! It's cold up there! He did an excellent job of analyzing what was wrong with my furnace. The furnace is new and is very complex but he didn't miss anything and figured out the problem in no time. The best part was the price. It was really reasonable! Thanks LBA, Thanks Sophia with the scheduling and thanks to Al for his great service!

Excellent service from the receptionist who took my call to the plumber who came out to fix our plumbing issue to the technicians who completed the service. Everyone was friendly and kind. I knew we had issues which they walked me through without any pressure to do. John, a manager, was kind enough to call me back and took time out of his day to thank me with a gift that was hand delivered! These are folks who appreciate their customers! Thank you LBA! Grace

We had A/C maintenance done by a different co and the A/C was fine before the tech did the maintenance, later that evening it was not cold and they did not send a tech even though they were 24 hr. and the next day they could not provide a tech either. LBA was able to respond and restored all the refrigerant that was somehow almost gone and conducted a detailed system inspection. THANK YOU LBA!

Noah was exceptionally professional and explained the issue clearly. Dispatch did not relay the appointment time properly so I was not able to be there for the appointment but spoke to Noah over the phone as he was shown the issue by a family member. He helped in relieving the problem and his recommendation worked. Noah deserves 5 stars, but due to dispatch I am only giving 4. With the way Noah represents the company he works for would make me feel good about calling them for future service.

I called for a leaky bowl to tank gasket on a toilet. The technician gave a quote of $625 for a 30-minute job. I refused the bid, paid their $89 trip charge for something I already diagnosed myself and decided I'd do the job myself. $24 in parts at a local hardware store to replace all the internal parts in the tank and gaskets. Took me, a total amateur, an hour to do the job. My brother is a plumbing inspector and agrees this is overpricing at its finest. Avoid this overpriced company or get quotes from multiple companies.

I was very impressed with Justin M's ability to come into our house and quickly assess the layout of the plumbing. I thought he would need to tear through the garage ceiling to get to the source of the leak. However, he went directly to the problem, which was completely unexpected and it only required a bit of caulk to resolve the issue. Suffice to say, my stress about the situation lowered sufficiently. Justin was like a superhero who swept in, saved the day, and left in a flash to help another citizen in need. I've had LBA come out for several different items and each and every time I'm glad I did. They have a customer for life. Well done...again!
