$1500 in repairs in the last 45 days, they tell us we need a whole new unit. Chose to buy elsewhere- wont refund for the unnecessary repairs. After more than $1500 in repairs in the last 45 days, they tell us now that the whole unit needs replacement and the price is $10,500. We get a quote for the same system for $5,100. They lower theirs to $6,500 (amazing how the price went down $4,000 in 1 hour!). We say no thank you but how about refunding some of the $1500 we spent because you misdiagnosed the problem? Oh No - we don't give refunds. Also they will not refund what we paid for their Care Club, since we won't be using them ever again.

Fayette Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new Lennox heating/air conditioning system on July 31. The heating unit runs constantly at night and does not heat properly. It cannot be regulated day or night. A technician comes out and says that it is okay. I live in a condo.. The heating unit is in the laundry room next to my bedroom. It is loud and blows cool air on me while I try to sleep. I wake up with a headache. I also have arthritis and cool air blowing on me is a problem. I just had an air scrubber installed and the cost greatly exceeds the parts and labor as priced elsewhere. I just had an air scrubber installed today by Fayette Heating and Air. The total cost was $1000 for parts and labor ( quoted as one fee ) . I looked up the exact part online for $370.00. The installation took less than 20 minutes . I figure have over paid by $500.00 . I called to talk with their customer service and they basically said , " You signed .. you bought it ". They do not itemize their parts and labor and would not provide any accounting of the cost of the part. This amount seems excessive and I did not feel like I was adequately informed of the equipment at the time of purchase.

stated to us their would be no finance charges. The duct cleaning crew did damage to our property, and did not do the work sold to us. On 8/26 *** came to our house to give estimate, we asked what were the finance charges? He stated there were no finance charges. After signing for what we were told was authorization for them to complete the work and the installation was complete. We received a phone call from a finance co on 8/28. We found out we are paying 9.99% on 6,993.00 to a third party. This was never explained by Mr., nor were their any information given to explain the terms of financing. We were sold a duct cleaning service that was not completed and the crew did damage to our property. we were sold a UV light that is advertised on TV to be free, we were charged 250.00 for it. Everything we signed was just a square on a phone with no details. and A Email with only 3 choice's of signature for us to choose witch one to use. No details, no information on any finance Co. The Email's we have received were after the installation was complete.
