Microsoft review: Microsoft 365

Due to upgrade of new iPhone and transfer of data to said phone got locked out of Microsoft Authenticator for all accounts that I am the global admin. Several of which had only one global admin. Whilst some minimal support was satisfactory, it has now been over 2 months and I have still not recovered all previous access. Some tickets were even closed with inaccurate information about the case and case notes to log another ticket via admin portal! This is how incredibly useless the support staff are - how is one to log a case from the admin portal when one cannot get access.
