After contacting their "support" email address a number of times and not receiving any response, I did a bit of investigation. It seems that there are many complaints about recurring charges and failure to provide refunds. If you look at their Florida address — 2645 Executive Park Drive in Weston, it appears to be one of those "work share" spaces or a place where people have a tiny office in order to receive mail — doesn't look legitimate and certainly isn't associated with any doctor.
Recommendation: Don't waste your money or at least make sure you aren't being charged again and again without your permission

You did the right digging, and that address detail is worth keeping in your notes. Do not wait on their support email. Call your card issuer today, block any future charges from them, and dispute the recurring ones as unauthorized or services not received. Send one written cancellation email so you have proof, then report them to the FTC and the Florida Attorney General with screenshots and the address you found. If they never respond, that silence works in your favor. You are not overreacting.
