To my surprise, Mudra Shah withheld my salary for the month of January without providing any prior notice. When I confronted her about this, she informed me that the decision to hold my salary was made by the management, specifically Bhupendra Sharma. Frustrated by this situation, I decided to resign from the company on February 3rd, 2023.

However, despite my departure, I did not receive any communication from the Cordlife HR department, managers, or higher authorities until May 2023. It was only then that I reached out to them myself, expressing my intention to return all company belongings. I visited their office in Nehru Place and handed over everything as requested. During this interaction, I also inquired about my full and final settlement (FNF) amount, which was approximately ***.

Mudra Shah assured me that I would receive my FNF within two weeks. Trusting her words, I patiently waited from May 2023 to September 2023, hoping to receive my hard-earned money. However, when I approached her again, she shockingly presented me with fraudulent and fabricated calculations, stating that I owed the company *** rupees instead. To make matters worse, she callously declared that the company had no intention of paying me.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the behavior of Cordlife India. It is disheartening to see how they mistreat their employees. If the company is facing financial difficulties, it begs the question as to why they continue to hire new employees. I strongly believe that appropriate action should be taken against these selfish individuals who engage in such fraudulent activities.
