I started using Miami MD dark spot corrector 'bout a month ago and I could honestly see a difference in my hands and face after just two weeks. It's amazin' how much better I feel 'bout my hands. I use to hide them and now not so much. It feels great that I can tell that the dark spots are gonna completely go away. I'm so excited. Also the ones on my face are so much lighter and I'm plannin' on tryin' all of your products. I'm always disappointed with promises of other products I've tried that never work whatsoever. The product ain't too shabby, but their customer service is a real bummer. Been trying to get my money back for a week now, even though I got plenty of time left on my 60-day guarantee. Ain't nobody answering my texts, emails, or phone calls. Been on hold for 3 hours now and still no luck. Tried calling the international number too, but that's a bust too. How the heck am I supposed to get my refund? When I finally talked to someone, they were real rude and asked for proof that I tried to return it before my 60 days was up. I did what they asked, but now they're ghosting me. They don't keep their word and their product ain't nothing special, especially for the price.

Terrible company processed an order that was never completed and then refused to reverse it.

I ordered 3 bottles of the Total Beauty Matrix - used faithfully for 3 months. Took pictures before and after. After 3 months, absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. Did not contact company after reading about other's frustrations. Just chalk it up to a poor product.

I received pills from MiamiMD.,sent them back. No refund.
This week I received another shipment. I refused it. Miami MD said they received the package and will give me a 30% refund. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARENTEE?

This is not a company you can trust. I would bet my bottom dollar, the reviews you see are fake!

This is different than any other product I have ever tried. I have hyper pigmented Asian skin that has always been sensitive to sunscreens. I used to avoid wearing any because I'd break out and then have dark blemishes for months afterwards. I figured it was better to put up with the hyper pigmentation and freckles than to deal with pore clogging sunscreens. But not anymore, I'm so extremely happy I found Miami MD. It absorbs so quickly into the skin and is silky smooth unlike traditional sunscreens that leave a white sheen till it's absorbed. I plan on using this product before and after IPL treatment since it hasn't caused any reaction with my skin except make it look more radiant and clear. I highly recommend for acne, sun damaged, blemished, middle aged skin. This is a great product and an excellent brand. I definitely will be using it going forward.

Such an unethical, lying company that takes advantage of seniors. When I first purchased the cream, I requested no automatic shipments and that I would re-order myself if I liked the product. I placed the order on 8/14, and it finally shipped on 9/27. Then I automatically received another package. I called immediately to cancel all orders and asked for a return label as I did not like the product. I was told they would send me a return label by mail. Weeks went by and nothing. I called again and was told they would email me a return label. Still nothing. I called a third time and was told they do not email or send return labels. The very rude customer support person then hung up on me. I am old and a senior citizen and feel very taken advantage of and treated so poorly. There was supposed to be a 60 day money back guarantee, but this company does not seem willing to honor that.

Since I can't get anywhere with this company, I finally called my credit card company to dispute the $180 in charges from this terrible company.
