I keep my skincare routine very simple. AM moisturizer, sunscreen, PM moisturizer, and the occasional face mask. This is the only cream i’ve ever used that I see noticeable results from. It improved my appearance of fine line and improved my overall skin texture and appearance. I eat extremely well so my skin is already pretty nice - maybe just a bit dry, so the fact that this cream has made so much of a difference is shocking in the best way. No noticeable fragrance, which I appreciate, and since it’s a retinol-alternative I think it’s a safe pick for anyone with sensitive skin.

I have been using it less than a month and I notice a difference with lines on my face. I’m pretty happy with the results. You use it on a damp skin so you don’t need much. It blends well and is not heavy or greasy. I have not used it any where else yet. I live in the mountains where it’s dry and cold right now. I’m outside a lot and it has kept my face well hydrated. So overall I’m happy with the product.

Scam alert! I ordered 9 bottles from MiamiMD, LLC but they never showed up. After opening a dispute on PayPal, I magically received 3 bonus bottles. Turns out they put me on a monthly auto-renewal plan. Like, seriously? Were they gonna send me 9 bottles every month? Thankfully, I caught it on PayPal and cancelled it. I tried calling them 8 times on different days and times, but they never picked up. I refused delivery of the 3 bottles and now I'm trying to get a refund through PayPal. This is a total scam, don't waste your money!

I cant say if the skin pills work or not because I never got them. I'm starting a fraud claim against MiamiMD because they never sent me my order. These guys are scammers and the police in Miami should investigate them. Don't buy anything from them because they just take your money and run. It's really sad that I have to go through all this trouble just to get my money back. I'm never buying anything online again.

This cream is a lifesaver! I don't know what I'd do without it. I've wasted so much time and money on products that just don't work. But finally, I found something that does what it's supposed to do. I got some stuff from MiamiMD in the mail once. It was okay, nothing special. But my beef is with their privacy. They keep sending me emails even though I unsubscribed. I've tried emailing them to stop but it never goes through. I've reported them as a scam but they still keep coming. I don't want all this junk in my inbox. Just leave me alone already!

I started using Miami MD dark spot corrector 'bout a month ago and I could honestly see a difference in my hands and face after just two weeks. It's amazin' how much better I feel 'bout my hands. The product ain't too shabby, but their customer service is a real bummer. Been trying to get my money back for a week now, even though I got plenty of time left on my 60-day guarantee. Ain't nobody answering my texts, emails, or phone calls. Been on hold for 3 hours now and still no luck. Tried calling the international number too, but that's a bust too. How the heck am I supposed to get my refund? When I finally talked to someone, they were real rude and asked for proof that I tried to return it before my 60 days was up. I did what they asked, but now they're ghosting me. They don't keep their word and their product ain't nothing special, especially for the price.

I ordered 3 bottles of the Total Beauty Matrix - used faithfully for 3 months. Took pictures before and after. After 3 months, absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. Did not contact company after reading about other's frustrations. Just chalk it up to a poor product.

I received pills from MiamiMD.,sent them back. No refund.
This week I received another shipment. I refused it. Miami MD said they received the package and will give me a 30% refund. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARENTEE?

This is not a company you can trust. I would bet my bottom dollar, the reviews you see are fake!

This is different than any other product I have ever tried. I have hyper pigmented Asian skin that has always been sensitive to sunscreens. I used to avoid wearing any because I'd break out and then have dark blemishes for months afterwards. I figured it was better to put up with the hyper pigmentation and freckles than to deal with pore clogging sunscreens. But not anymore, I'm so extremely happy I found Miami MD. It absorbs so quickly into the skin and is silky smooth unlike traditional sunscreens that leave a white sheen till it's absorbed. I plan on using this product before and after IPL treatment since it hasn't caused any reaction with my skin except make it look more radiant and clear. I highly recommend for acne, sun damaged, blemished, middle aged skin. This is a great product and an excellent brand. I definitely will be using it going forward.

Such an unethical, lying company that takes advantage of seniors. When I first purchased the cream, I requested no automatic shipments and that I would re-order myself if I liked the product. I placed the order on 8/14, and it finally shipped on 9/27. Then I automatically received another package. I called immediately to cancel all orders and asked for a return label as I did not like the product. I was told they would send me a return label by mail. Weeks went by and nothing. I called again and was told they would email me a return label. Still nothing. I called a third time and was told they do not email or send return labels. The very rude customer support person then hung up on me. I am old and a senior citizen and feel very taken advantage of and treated so poorly. There was supposed to be a 60 day money back guarantee, but this company does not seem willing to honor that.

Since I can't get anywhere with this company, I finally called my credit card company to dispute the $180 in charges from this terrible company.
