Nice app. I like the .pdf export feature. Five stars if the developer adds quarterly and annual payment cycles/schedules. Many business loans opt for these instead of monthly payments.

I guess some people like landscape mode, unfortunately, not me. Since I use this app a lot to see what extra payments will do, very disappointed with this update.

This app does everything it should and is good for comparing loans. I wish payment were visible on the screen with the loan details without having to tap, but that's a minor quibble. 

I used this app to compare balance transfer offers. It showed me the total cost and how long it would take to pay off in each option. It will save me over $1000 when all is said and done.

I used loan mentor to figure out where to target increased principle payments on different loans to maximize interest savings and ultimate pay off dates. I have eliminated one loan now, and am using it to set targets for my remaining loan.

I'm giving four stars instead of five because i see so much potential and i don't want to give the developer a big head. The multiple extra payments at any time of the loan ( and now the variable interest ) is gold in itself. This is by far the number one app for what-if scenarios. A few more calculators wouldn't hurt though like one that figures a loan value given the interest rate and monthly payment. The addition of a savings calculator with multiple extra "payments" would seal the deal into five star territory. On it's current path i can easily see this app being the gold standard of loan (savings) calculators.

I had a couple of issues where extra payments would cause the "interest saved" value to be wrong. I contacted the developer and he was very prompt with his response to my concerns. Turns out this was a known bug and had already been fixed for the next update. I just installed that update (1.4) and all is good!

The developer was also very interested in suggestions for changes to the app. A couple of which were also incorporated into the latest release (again 1.4).

I'm not the CEO of a major bank but this app covers what I'm trying to do. Not all apps can be all things to all people. Overall, I'm happy with the app, the support and the purchase price.
