I have been a customer of Metro for over 10 years. I had a plan for unlimited for $35 per month. I purchased a new phone and stopped by the store to activate it. When the guy activated it, he said your plan went to $55. I'm puzzled and asked why. He told me to call when I got home. I go home and call and they tell me that I was grandfathered in a plan that no longer exist. They could not explain how changing my phone would change my plan. They kept saying the guy should have told me trying to make me responsible for what their employee didn't tell me. I also found out they don't have any promotional deals for their current customer, only new customers. Long-term customers they don't care about. I'm switching from metro. Not good customer service either. Stay away from this company.
