I ordered a Samsung galaxy s26 on June 23rd. I had it set to deliver to a Walgreen's with a specific address, and the order was "delivered" June 25th at 3:55pm PST to someone named Rick. No signature was received, and no photo was provided, and the Walgreen's I had it shipped to never received or has anyone working there by the name Rick. I have been going on run arounds with metroPCS so called customer service which is some call center with people who barely speak English who tell me one thing and then another thing and refuse to give me refund. I finally supposedly start one and the service team was supposed to contact me within 24 hours, but they have not and it's been over that. I start another request today and I was not only listened to but was told I received the phone and it was delivered, which it wasn't. I am beyond livid right now and want my refund and I want my phone which I have neither of, and the supervisor has offered me no compensation or resolution to the problem other than following up the service request with UPS and telling me to wait for the refund process to begin. I still have no phone, no refund, and was told I have to go through the order process all over again, and now the phone color in the model I want isn't even available anymore at this point.
Claimed loss: $365, a week of service
Desired outcome: I'm tired of run arounds and having to restart the whole order process when it's UPS and MetroPCS who failed to deliver. I want to just get the phone delivered to me so I can use it and I want it in the stupid color I ordered it in.
