9/12/25 Called MetroPC and ordered IPhone13, misleading, received 2nd line and received authorization to return IPhone 13 via UPS. Received confirmation on 9/23/25 that delivery was received from TMobile/MetroPC. I have reached out to MetroPC 4times regarding refund and told order support to get in contact with me the next day. To date no response and no refund of the IPhone13 that was shipped back to MetroPC with confirmation from UPS / proof of delivery. I have made so many calls to get my refund!. I have emailed MetroPC.
