I have had service with you for 20 years. An for the past 5 months I have asked to remove the second number on my account it is no longer being used an has not been used for the past several months plus I have had trouble paying my bill I can not add my new debit card to my account an do not understand why I have spoke to my bank and they say there's nothing wrong with my debit card it has to be something with Metro I use this card everywhere I Go and I do not have a problem except for when I try to pay my bill with Metro I run my own business and I need my phone because of my business and nobody can reach me when my phone is not working I lost 4 days last month I've been on my third day this month nobody seems to want to help me last month they changed my plan even though I told him not to my bill was supposed to be $30 this month and I open up my bill to pay it and it's $77 and still has that other phone number on there I do not understand what the hell's going on but I'm ready to switch to another service I do not understand this at all and no one can tell me why no one can tell me why they can't take the extra number off my service why they can't do what they say they're going to do
