On August 13th I went to Metro PCS in Grover to resolve and android phone problem, at that time I was told by associate Alli that I qualified for a new phone if I switched to Tmobile , that there was no contract and cost would be 45 per month. I was currently paying 30 per month. I was told there was no contract and that I could switch plans at any time , the phone was free. I went for it and 2 days later I find out that there is a 2 year contract and my bill is 55 per month! More than double what I was paying. I am locked in. this is a bait and switch scam and I was lied to the whole way.

Claimed loss: Money $600, My bill has doubled , I was lied to , no paper contract. all verbal.

Desired outcome: I want the deal that the associate said I was getting or revert back to my former plan.
