I went to a Met life preferrred Dentist and was told I need a crown.I paid my share to the Dentist and now Met Life refuses to pay because they claim their claims dentist says it never needed a crown and they want me to pay the full $922 dollars for the crown when i have 1232 dollars eft available for the year.If they have these referred dentists that accept their low scale fee,why are they refusing payment and questioning them?Met Life is gladly taking my nearly $600 dolllar per year insurance fee but doesnt want to cover anything. This is absurd. Its their preferrred dentist. They literally told me to sue the dentist for Malpractice.I have no clue whos right, was I defrauded by the dentist or by Met ife.
Claimed loss: $922 dollars
Desired outcome: I want them to cover the 60% porton that my plan contract says.
