Metem International — refund request for cancelled order
I've ordered online the product #LANDEN-[protected] on 15th oh July and I've expected to be delivered in 3 business days according to your website.
On the 21st of July I've contacted the costumer service and inquired the whereabouts of the product.
Mariette the customer service adviser told me that the product can not be delivered in time before my holiday departure on the 24th of July, so I've cancelled the order .
I'm still waiting for my refund, I've tried to call you but the number +[protected] is not in use anymore.
