MetaTrader 5 review: Meta trader support and theft

I lodged a complaint due to begging for support, and after waiting DAYS! someone responded and I asked why all the servers I spun up is barely producing money but on the machines itself, it showed they very busy And yes, it was lodged on, and after yet again waiting days for a response, I told them to deactivate the MetaTester app, as I have a warehouse full of servers, and being active servers and showing money until the 31st, all of a sudden almost all went to 0. With no confirmation or more clarity, my WHOLE ACCOUNT was shut down, without my permission and the money I made. What bad service are you giving and stealing from users? I have all the evidence and screenshots, and luckily I took screenshots with the date and time of my profile, and without my knowledge it was removed. Secondly, after I was removed, ALL the servers were still connected and running tasks, and yes, I did also take screenshots with dates and times.

Please advise why my profile was deleted without my consent and money was stolen before I would need to report you with the evidence given to finance regulators.

I will keep all my evidence until you respond, if no response is given within this week. I will submit my evidence and yes, even while im typing this report this evidence will also be submitted as proof of no response
