My name is Jorge Luis de Ramos Filho

Reservation Number: A G L J 4 F Q (For me and my partner)

Itinerary 1: York, Railway Station, Stop RC (15:27) -> Leeds, Leeds City bus station, Stand 1 (16:30)

Itinerary 2: Leeds, Leeds City bus station, Stand 1 (17:50) -> London Victoria Coach Station (22:25)

What happened:

Itinerary 1: Bus did not appear. My partner and I waited from 14:50 til 17:00h.

Itinerary 2: Due to the delay, on the first Itinerary, my partner and I were not able to catch the bus.

Explanation of the situation:

At 16:14 I called the number [protected] (Mega bus contact) to get some information on the bus' delay. After a long call speaking to the attendant, he confirmed that he could not track the bus (Coastliner) and could not give me direct contact for the Coastliner.

Continuing the call, the attendant advice was for me to "find a way by myself", once it was already 1 hour delayed, I would not be able to catch my connection.

Therefore, the only option I had to not miss my travelling schedule, I bought the train tickets (Liner) (which was not a foreseen cost and will impact my budget).

Desired outcome: The only thing I expect from a serious company is a full refund of all my costs (Bus and Train tickets). It is only fair for all the troubles.Bus - (£ 38,00)Liner - (£115,20)
