The megabus company lost my luggage, containing my laptop, clothes, shoes and a text book which I burrowed from the library. As a full time student with little money, you can imagine how devastating it is to loose my laptop, in addition I now have to reimburse the library for their textbook which is over $80.
I had to call their customer service 6 times in one day just to get help, since I was put into voicemail a couple of times and left on perpetual hold on others an hang up on on others.in the end I was told that they checked and my bag was not on the bus so there was nothing they could do. When I asked if I could check it myself I was told that the bus was in the shop and there did not know when it would come out. This bus company is really horrible, this is my second unpleasant encounter with them. How am a supposed to function without my laptop or books!!! Don't use them!!!
