Mega Furniture review: entertainment center

If I could give a zero or even negative stars I would. Their furniture is not what they show. We ordered an entertainment center. Did not get what we "custom" ordered. They went to a cheap store or used store and got something different. We know this because the TAGS were still on it! Delivered it to us and when we complained they said no refund we will have to sell it!. The moving company they used to deliver was still there. YES moving company they don't even deliver which is why a "custom" order takes so long.
The entertainment center is MUCH smaller then what we ordered. It's dark brown instead of grey. It has damage which they call rustic (did not order rustic). It is cardboard painted the color of wood not the wood one we ordered. The fireplace is cheap and not the new crystals it is old from when they first came out with them.
We want a refund and they were rude and refused. I told them I would complain to the bbb and take them to court write bad reviews. They don't care. Were rude and told us we had to take it and sell it.
Do not go there at all or buy you will regret it!
