Meesho review: Delivery of different product

Dear sir I have ordered a product lehnga choli with order id [protected] but the product deliver was a red kurta. A totaly different product.Cost of my product was 1592 rs but this kurta deliver has hardly 200 rs cost. I r have requested for return so many times but the return is always failed. Dure ti qualtiy check not passed because product is completely different. I have talked to customer care so many times but they are saying that they have deliver the right product while I opend the prodcut in front of delivery boy and click the photo. The prodcut was completely different. Now customer care executive is saying they cant do any thing. Since I have a loss of rs 1592 where should I comlaint about this froad by company or delivey boy. Please suggest. When I am tracing my article on valmo it is still showing the prodcut on its way. Now I am not able to make a return requst.
