I got a roof from C & S Roofing & Construction in 2019 and they gave me a 5 year warranty
I got a roof from C & S Roofing & Construction in 2019 and they gave me a 5 year warranty. But now, I've been calling them a bunch of times because the roof is leaking and it's causing water damage in one of my rooms. I just want them to honor their warranty, you know?
I would also like to say that if we DID infact put your roof on in 2019 that doesn't mean that whatever is the issue with your roof NOW 4 years later is our fault. Had it been something we done, it would of leaked right away. And NOT 4 years down the road. We have had MANY storms in the last 4 years. We do warrant our work but that doesn't mean that you won't get damage from the wind, storms, limbs, debris on roof or a host of other things and thar isn't our responsibility within the 5 year time frame. We don't just come fix your roof for free for anything wrong with the roof unless it was something we done wrong during the install. I don't think that's the case here and you probably have damage from a storm or something. As I said had it been something we done, it would of leaked much sooner than 4 years down the road. We would be glad to come take a look at it for you to get to the bottom of what's going on, but as I said I don't even know who you are so I think you may have the wrong company unless you have changed your name in the last 4 years. I can't do anything until I know who you are or what roof it even is though. So please reach out. I also messaged you through here as well as gave you both mine and Chris number and if those was to both fail or we are remotely working and don't get your call you can for sure get ahold of us by leaving a text, voice-mail or message our fb page.
Would you of used a different name bc I can not find that name at all in our records? Give me a call, text or you can even message our page on Facebook to get this resolved, if you aren't talking about our company I would appreciate it very much for you to remove this. As far as I know we have never done your roof unless it's under someone else's name BUT even then no one has contacted us regarding any problems.

Dude, these guys are legit! They got a rep that's solid as a rock! They're honest and got integrity! They're quick and pro, and they don't hide nothin'! They fix it right! They helped us out with our insurance claim, which was a total pain in the butt. We had no idea how much of a runaround we'd get from those insurance companies. But these guys had our back! They even gave us some mental support, which was huge! They did A+ work and treated us like family!
