I put down some cash for a shower to be put in back in July. It's now October 27th and I've talked to the sales guy twice and the boss man once. He said it would be put in today, so I called to make sure and they said yes. But guess what? No one showed up! They told me after I called that it would be on Monday. So now I'm out a day's pay. I called the company in Choctaw, OK and Wichita, KS and they both hung up on me. That's not cool. I finally got the owner's number and he just made excuses. I think it's worth a complaint on my part. Thanks.

The whole thing went well and everyone from the salesman to the installers were nice and knew what they were doing. I wish we had done it sooner! Our bathroom looks so much better now. It's way better than a regular shower and we're going to have them do our guest bathroom this summer. They worked fast and got everything done in less than two days.
