On september 11, 2019 I entered a chat forum with a representative from either seancody or mbi-probiller. I wanted to renew a contract I had had for years - which I had paid on a monthly payment basis for years. It had expired. I saw that I could get a renewal on an annual contract basis that would be much less expensive. Speaking with the representative of either mbi-probiller or sean cody I signed on for an annual term of service from this company. I now see that I am being charged for two annual accounts ($162.53 and $135.38) and what appears to be a continuation bill from the old monthly account ($47.64), plus an incidental little charge for $1.35! A total of $346.90. I only wanted one contract. I have no idea why I am being charged for two. I have no idea why the $1.35 shows up, I have no idea why the $47.64 is in there. I thought that monthly contract had expired. I have attached an image of the visa bill that I have received. You will see that the transaction date is the same for three of these charges. I will willingly pay for one of the annual contracts - preferably the one at the lower rate - $135.38. You will see that the two annual contracts are on there: both dated september 11. What on earth is that third invoice charge for 1.35 us on sep 11? Why is that $47.64 charge on there, dated sept 14?

I would like an investigation into what is going on here and am willing to continue with the annual contract for sean cody at the $135.38 (cdn). I will be pleased if you can find out what is going on with mbi-probiller here.

I've been looking at my bank for a but today and noticed this mbi probiller thing. At first I thought it was my bank, but now its popping up more and more frequently. I would like to get to the bottom of this and preferably get my money back if someone else got into my account and did something.

I just started seeing charges in my bank account and I never sighed up for anything with Mbi probiller in my life. IDK what mbi probiller is an they charged me 39.99$ for something I didn't even know about. My money better be returned or I will get my lawyers involved. This was charged on my card not even 3 hours ago January 17 2020.

I just want my money back I don like being charged for something I don't know I even have I'm pretty sure no on does .
