Jumped on Probiller website to cancel brazzers subscription I never used. I was on chat & was transferred twice to other agents. The last agent transferred me to another department, I was waiting for an hour no one responded. I was charged the recurring subscription fee early, so I called the #[protected] that was on my statement, to cancel & receive credit for the charge. Jaymar was the agent I was in contact with. He was extremely rude & disrespectful to me threatened to call my credit card company tell them what I was subscribed to. I was not embarrassed so I said let's do it, I wanted the credit. He continued his rude disrespectful behavior so I informed him I was hanging up. His last words were "you don't even know what's going on"
Save the time "asking" probiller to cancel subscriptions, as they never do, just cancel your bank card and request a new one.
Unprofessional and rude customer service "support". Make it a huge deal when you finally get a refund and make you feel guilty. Seen all the terrible reviews about this billing company and it's sites linked.
Avoid and report them.
On 10/19, I signed up for a $2.99 weekly trial to a site. Then on 10/21 I was charged $9.99 apparently for the trial to be converted to a monthly fee. On the same day, I was charged $50 and then $200. Those charges stayed pending on my account for 9 days and finally posted on 10/27. This has caused me to incur 11 NSF charges as I was not about to put more money into my account for them to take. I had to cancel my debit card and my cell phone payment did not go through because it was tied to my debit card and I almost had my cell phone contract cancelled. I would like to have my $250 returned because I have no idea what the heck that is for. I would also like some sort of compensation for the NSF charges (11 x $36 = $396). I can live with the $2.99 becoming $9.99 but the rest is pure theft. I will also file a complaint with the BBB because apparently they do this often. Bad business practices!
Hello there i'm making a complaint on a random scam fee that gets deducted on my bank account monthly, for this reason I thought it was one of my insurance fee on my transaction list. But as I got more into detail about it I seem to think I have been paying this scam for quite some time. It's been happening throughout this whole entire year, and approximately 15$ a month I have been paying this entire year. I have no clue how I came across this situation and I would please ask if you can help me on how to stop my money from being taken. Please help me on getting all the money I have lost.

I don't know what probiller is, or why I'm being charged by it, but I want my money back. A quick Google search shows me I'm just one of many many people who do not have an idea of why or for what probiller is charging! I still can't figure it out but I did see probiller is connected to porn sites, all of which I don't have any accounts for. I want my money back. Last month, I reached out to Probiller in an attempt to cancel membership on sites they represent. After several attempts, I send an e-mail that if they would not resolve the problem, I would reach out with a complaint to my bank. In the last attempt to reach them via chat, the representative indicated that the company did not take threats to contact our banks lightly. He cancelled all memberships and indicated I was blackballed.
This was good news!
However, this morning, Probiller has begun billing me again.

I don't know what this could be, but i've read that some people got a hold of my bank account and keep buying stuff on my behalf and I don't want that, if you could please stop it, I would be forever grateful.

I have been charged twice by probiller after I thought I was subscribing to a 1$ for a few days trial to Bellesafilms, but they charged me the first time $36.27 on May 7th and the second time $50.23 on May 11th. I want this cancelled. There is no where on the site to cancel it. I don't have the money for this. I can't even get a client number on the site. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription or find your information at all. I want the payments to stop and I want my money back.
