No refund in place. Your agents just reactivated the account and basically just left me no choice. i have told them that i already have a new account. and they just reply to me that the purchase was for the that website and thats it.

i even offered to pay the difference just to transfer the funds to another website and no one would budge. 1 month and counting. a very simple issue that you dont want to accept the you made a mistake. what a shameful service.

ProBiller.com Membership sites

Last month, I reached out to Probiller in an attempt to cancel membership on sites they represent. After several attempts, I send an e-mail that if they would not resolve the problem, I would reach out with a complaint to my bank. In the last attempt to reach them via chat, the representative indicated that the company did not take threats to contact our banks lightly. He cancelled all memberships and indicated I was blackballed.

This was good news!

However, this morning, Probiller has begun billing me again.

This time, I am going to my bank and while it takes time, I'm dedicated to outing this company's straddling the line between criminal fraud and "customer care oversight."

ProBiller.com Unauthorised pornhub premium payment - £95.88

What happened:

1. I see £95.88 on my bank statement from an mbi-probiller. What is this? (I can tell you the year is 2020, I do not pay for pornography).
2. I do some research and see many others have had issues and this website is clearly a payment mediator for porn websites. Hmmmmm...
3. I check my email accounts. Somehow my googlemail account, connected to my current card, has signed up for a premium account on ph. So, for safety reasons I immediately cancel and change all passwords.
4. I contact mbi-probilling who were notoriously hard to contact. What was even more interesting/curious was the initial message/warning in the virtual chatbox (I will upload here). It claimed that they were receiving a higher than normal influx of messages from pornhub users and suggested that if I hadn't entered any credit card info 1) just quit the chatbox, and any free premium would end without charges (very curious), or 2) if I had entered a 7-day trial, and entered card information (I didn't), I could unsubscribe through my account to avoid extra charges (not particularly helpful).
5: so, I stay in the chat and eventually got joined by a representative... I would like to post what transpired below incase it helps somebody else get money back from a similar situation. The situation has potentially been resolved (I will know after 7-10 days) but I won't believe it until I see the money back in my account.

For some reason premium was activated on a google email pornhub account that I never use. I have just cancelled it but still...£95, 88! - can you please get this money back to me.

So, extremely curious that they happened to have so many people coming to them with the same problem, from the same website.
The whole thing seemed extremely dodgy and off.

I thought it was interesting that as soon as I mentioned my bank they went straight to offering a refund.

Desirable resolution of my complaint:
- provide people with knowledge to help get their money back.
- raise awareness of mbi-probilling.
- should the full amount not appear in my account within 7-10 days then I would like a full refund.

ProBiller.com I keep getting charged for stuff I don't even buy

First charge was on 25March, second was on 2 april, third on 2 may, forth and fifth charge on 7july It says RETAIL MBI*PROBILLER.com-USA855-232-9555.
I don't know what this could be, but i've read that some people got a hold of my bank account and keep buying stuff on my behalf and I don't want that, if you could please stop it, I would be forever grateful.

ProBiller.com Fraud

I haven't been too far back as I'm afraid too see how much money I've been paying for something that I haven't authorised so I'm hoping to get to the bottom of the monthly payments £34.97 from my account
Hoping for corporation as I struggle to cope as it is without paying 35pound a MONTH for something that isn't food/bills
I hopefully will have a helpful response without having to pay for a solicitor as I'm at my wits end

ProBiller.com Bellesafilms

I have been charged twice by probiller after I thought I was subscribing to a 1$ for a few days trial to Bellesafilms, but they charged me the first time $36.27 on May 7th and the second time $50.23 on May 11th. I want this cancelled. There is no where on the site to cancel it. I don't have the money for this. I can't even get a client number on the site. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription or find your information at all. I want the payments to stop and I want my money back.

I have a random purchase of $40 dollars on my account which I don't know where it came from. I need my money back now. I don't know where this transaction came from but I check my chase account to see that I am missing $43.27 out of my account. I really need this money. We are going through a pandemic and money right now is crucial. I need and want my money back now!

ProBiller.com monthly bills since november for a service I never subscribed to

I don't know what service is billing me specifically, but I want it canceled at once and my money refunded. I've been getting billed TWICE monthly for a service I never even knew I was paying for, taking roughly $80 every month from my account. I've included every single payment charged to my card over the last 5 months, attached in the section below. The earliest payment of it were two separate $1 payments, making me assume it was a 1 dollar trial for likely 2-3 days. I'm unsure as to whether the service(s) continued to charge me for some reason after the trial even though I would have never signed up for a plan, and besides, I usually cancel trials before they're over for almost every service. I hope the situation can be resolved civilly and without issues so I can receive money I should have in my account anyways so I can pay for other necessary items, especially now of all times.

ProBiller.com It’s taking money out of my card for no reason! And I would like a refund please

Probiller has been taking money out of my debit card ever since I got it, I have no idea why when I have no monthly subscriptions or any payments due... I've had almost $80 taken out just today alone and I find it highly unacceptable.., I would love my refund back please. I'm getting worried that I might be getting hacked or something...but I hope that my problem may get resolved and that I may get my money back

I have been charged twice in the same day for what I dont know but I want to cancel this service I was charge of 1.80 yesterday morning an 10.81 later that evening. One charge in a month, ok, but two? No I dont think so. I want to cancel any and all subscriptions through this company because they charged my account without asking and they have stolen from me by charging me more than once in a month.

ProBiller.com Billing for unknown product/services

I have no clue what service, what product, nor what company I purchased this product/service from.

But there were 2 periods of transaction which appeared on my Visa Card statement, showing transactions in USD and RM :

1. on 9/1/2020 and 11/1/2020 (see screenshot below) 7 transactions totalling USD 194.79

2. on 11/2/2020 (see screenshots below) 5 transactions totalling USD 94.91

These appear to be recurring, and will likely appear again in my Mar/April statement.

Please look into the matter and arrange for the monies to be credited back to me.

I hope for a reply within 7 working days, failing which I will commence legal action against Probiller.com

On 3/20/20 Mbi Probiller Com [protected] Caus took 9.99 off of my debit card and honestly I don't remember ever
A. Making an account with probiller.com
B. Making any new purchase or subscription that would be 9.99 or any at all for that matter.
I don't know how you guys got linked with my account but I will contact authorities and lawyers if this happens again unless you can tell me exactly what you're trying to charge me for and I agree with what you say. Not asking for a refund this time, consider it that you got one over on me but just fix this problem from happening again... Thanks..

ProBiller.com a fraud

In feb25, 2020 at 18:37 I completed the access to the site above, paid by bank card visa (last 4 digits, 9446), but when I returned, could not login.
Contacted their support service and received an e-mail (Ticket [FAM-793235]) asking last numbers of card and site accessed (from [protected]@trustcharge.net/Gamma Support ).
In feb26, 2020 I checked bank account and noticed that there is a second charge of the same amount with the same requester:- MBI-PROBILLER.COM, at Feb26, 2020 at 08:30.
Today (Feb27, 2020) I contacted my bank reported the situation, by e-mail, assuming that this is a fraud!

ProBiller.com charge

I just got paid today and got a $40 charge and I have absolutely no clue what it's for. I don't even have any subscriptions that are $20 let alone $40. I just want to know what it's for and a refund if possible. I have a screenshot of the payment since I get mobile text notifications. Please just help me get this resolved I dont make enough money to be getting random charges.

So for months now almost a year you guys been taking money out my account and I haven't bought anything and I need all of my refunds now or time by time cause this is unacceptable and you have no reason to do this.! I also have proof to show you guys have been taking money out of my account and they will be listed down below I also have other cards where this have happened and I change my cards every time this happens but I'm done because I have no reason to be losing $35-40 because of you or the company.

I think I made the mistake of using them as well. I requested to change my card, I filed a dispute, and downloaded truebill as extra protection. This is pretty scary. I'm scared that they might take my money even by a new card.
