Original order 12/16/21 for a $630 part. After not receiving it in 6 months, order canceled and refund promised. Refund never came. After 68 emails and over 50 phone calls not answered or returned, still no refund as promised in June 2022. They lied about about sending refund. Credit Card Company never received any refund transaction. No human interaction and absurd lying.

They will take your money. This company is not legitimate. Beware and save yourself a headache and time! Don't spend a wooden nickel with these folks, you been warned now it up to you. Glad I used Affirm in checkout, I knew they could get their money back out of them. They would've never refunded me... couldn't even get them on the phone. They should be under federal indictment for what they do to people.

I purchased a FICM for a Ford f350 and never received it. This happened Nov. 2022. I sent email to get refund and they said it was refunded. I never received the refund nor the FICM. I’ve tried multiple emails but nothing has come of them. This order was 517.98 and I have ordered my part from sinister diesel and received it next day. The company never returned phone calls or emails and does not appear to be working on my refund.

I ordered a lower control arm for my Camaro on May 29,2022. On September 18 I inquired, I was told the items were back ordered by the manufacturer (I was never told this and they referred to it as special order) to be back in stock in 2 to 3 weeks on 9/19/22. I continued to inquire, with the same answer of 2 to 3 weeks to be back in stock. Due to the rhetoric in the emails with one answer “we are not in control of the manufacturer stock” I cancelled on 9/23/22 and I was told a refund will be issued within 7 to 10 days. I have not received any refund, there are no live people at the phone number and I have been reassured by “Beatriz” that it has been escalated. I’ve been told this every week by email since 9/23/22. . It’s 6 months later, no parts, no refund and no one to contact except via email. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC and California State Attorney Generals Office. They are a fraud and I cannot understand how people like this are still in business.

I purchased a AFE Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro 10R Media for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler (JL) V6-3.0L for $351.70. After a few weeks I went into there website www.mbenzgram.com to see what was the status of my order [protected]. They told me the part is on backorder and said it will take a few weeks to arrive. After a few Weeks i contacted them again and they told me the same backorder should be getting next month. On Aug 8, 2022 I decided to cancel order and get a refund. They cancelled my order and have been going back and forth with them and haven't received a refund. Stay Away!

Ordered the part on October 1st, 2022. After 2 weeks of not getting any order update like it being shipped, I try calling. No one ever answers or it sounds like someone picks up then hangs up. I email them and I get a reply with a couple days saying they will contact the warehouse to expedite my order. Two days later, still without receiving any email confirmation that my order has shipped, I email them to cancel my order since I needed the part urgently because my Jeep can’t be driven at all without it. They respond back that the order has been cancelled and accounting department will process my cancellation and issue my refund for $136.95 within 7-10 days. It has been almost 4 weeks and no refund has been issued. Tried calling again and no answer every time. I messaged them on Instagram and no reply either. Complete scan of a company. Too bad I looked up and found all their complaints here after I ordered with them. Lesson learned. I will attempt to dispute the charge with my credit card company since Mbenzgram refuses to refund my order that I cancelled.

I did a goggle search for ridetech coil over suspension mbgram generated ok have been waiting for an you reason to justify purchase and the ten percent discount did i purchased need and additional part to complete system called the next day no answer dozens of attempts thats when i dug deeper into false reviews and cancelled order 10-10-22 got email say 7-10 days nothing email saying account refunded and show 2 day nothing almost 5 thousand dollars unbelievable

On May 19 I order a dropped kit for my truck $1193.99, never told me it was in backorder till I called them 3 weeks after. They said that they didn’t have control on special orders so he said wait another 3 weeks so I waited and nothing so called again no answer. I reach out to them by email got a respond from Beatriz saying that it will shipped 2 to 3 more weeks so I said fine I’ll wait so 3 weeks went out so I reach out to them again same thing 2 to 3 more weeks. So on September 6 2022 I cancel my order, they told me I should get my money back in 7 to 10 business days, it is October 20, 2022 and I still haven’t receive my money. I have send plenty email to them about my refund all I get is accounting will reach out to you shortly. So I reach out to BBB, FTC and California State Attorney General’s Office file a complaint so helpfully I get my money back forms this scammers.

Ordered a $300 racing shifter from this company, which was never shipped. We contacted them to cancel the order and issue a refund almost a month after the order being placed- we were told "someone from accounting will contact you shortly regarding your refund". Have never heard from anyone. Still waiting on someone to contact me about the refund. I emailed them about filing formal complaints and was responded with the same auto-generated, generic response. I am seeing all the other reviews about this same bad business practices. I cannot believe these people are still in business.

People are spending their hard-earned money here, not receiving their products and not getting their money back. They should be ashamed of themselves. All of them!

Purchased two Borla xr-1 mufflers from mbenzgram/MBgram on July 6, their website didn’t have a in stock or not in stock message but I figured they had them in stock since all the other websites had them in stock but at a higher price. 12 days passed by and I didn’t get anything delivered, sent them an email inquiring about the parts and I got a response saying they were waiting on manufacture to ship. Asked for another update on July 27 and got the same response about the manufacture not shipping yet and that tracking information will be emailed as soon as the parts had shipped. Decided to cancel this order on August 10, still haven’t received a refund yet as of today September 15 and won’t respond to email anymore and could never get them to answer calls from the beginning.

Ordered something online on Jun 24, 2022 and canceled it on the same day because I saw something better. Next day got an email saying it was successfully canceled and a refund was issued. No Refunded was issued and the company DOES NOT answer their phones, 0 customer service. Every email I send had a generic response with the account department will issue your refund ASAP. It's been almost 3 months and they are still "looking into it". This is a scam website.

Placed order for AFE intake on 8/3/22. Emailed company before ordering the intake and they said it would ship within 2-3 weeks. Everyone else was back ordered so sounded legit. On 8/5/22 I got emails from other companies that intake was back in stock for immediate shipment. Received nothing from mbenzgram. Finally on 8/23/22 I emailed and they said factory back order and 2-3 weeks again. I canceled the order and ordered elsewhere and had it 2-3 days later.

On 8/23/22 was told be email order was refunded. On 9/2/22 was told someone from accounting email me back and confirm.

As of 9/12/22 no contact from company back. No refund.

Will dispute with credit card company.

I purchased 2 holley items from mbgram since May 5 2002 and they kept giving me the run around that the items were on backorder. Finally I got tired and asked for a refund on September 7 2022, but from all the reviews I am seeing it is highly unlikely that I will get the refund. My order #[protected]. At this point I am very frustrated and it is not okay that this company is doing this to people.

Negative 5 stars if possible. ZERO customer service, they don't answer phones, ever. They virtually never reply to messages. After waiting 1.5 weeks for tracking numbers, and many threats (due to the lack of responses to nice messages) cancelled order and bought elsewhere. NEVER going to use these guys again. Somewhere between scamming and fraud, not sure where the need is exactly, but that's the rating. Don't be fooled by good prices...ask other places to match and you'll find even better prices and better customer service. Hell, I already have the parts I needed from the replacement order with Summit, got a better price, and yet STILL don't have my refund from mbenzgram! Are you kidding me?

I purchased a set of exhaust headers last year

I got sick of waiting for my order(6 month’s) so I canceled the order on the 29th of march of 2022 and here it’s August and still no refund I gave them my Venmo account several times as my debit card that I initially used for the purchase had a fraudulent charge so had to cancel that card so got in contact with customer service for mbenzgram and they told me I would need a Venmo account I created a Venmo account and still no refund! Refund $306.96

Buyer Beware! I am a Hilborn Equipment fan because of the racing nostalgia it brings to the industry. When researching to purchase the BBC Intake, Injectors, etc. I stumbled on the mbenzgram website. To my surprise, they were offering ten-percent off! But that's where the customer satisfaction experience ended. I ordered the BBC Intake, Injectors and Valley Cover on March 9th, 2022. Since then, I have recieved repeated delays of a month, each and every time I've inquired. Mbgram would not answer the phone, but did respond to my emails. They always said that it was the supplier pushing the delivery date back. The caveat here is that I got Holley and the Hilborn team involved by the second month by speaking to them directly. They researched and said that all orders going back to the date of my purchase had been fulfilled! I hung in there a little longer but finally decided to cancel my order yesterday. Waiting as long as I did was due to the supply chain issues and fear of having to reorder and at the back of the line for shipments. Yesterday, Hilborn said that if I ordered that day, I would be placed fourth in line. That was the best they could do. Come to find out, mbgram isn't even a distributor for them, the best they could see is that they are a third-party seller, at best. They have no control over them. The pricing, not even authorized by Holley/Holborn either. So Buyer Beware and buy direct or through Summit, Jegs or Speedway. Not worth the ten-percent off! They held my money, $3,481.07, for four months, i canceled the orders. They said my refund would take in 7-10 days, which is what they said via email. It's been a month and no refund. Never an apology, live person, nothing but emails. I hope you have a better experience.

I have been waiting over a year for parts ordered. Buyers beware this company is not what they seem like. At first everything looking good, but they only take your money and very few receive the parts they order all reviews are fake. Good luck trying to get a refund some do and mostly none will ever get a refund. After the fact there is no physical street address so you can’t mail or visit site. Only email or chat and when you press a issue they end it. I lost a lot of money so I’m trying to help those who haven’t been trapped.

I placed my order May 14,2022 and cancelled it June 7,2022, i was told i would get my refund in 7-10 days. As of today i have not receive anything. I have contacted them via email numerous times due to the company never Answering the phone. My order number is [protected]. All i am told thru the emails is that accounting will email me shortly to let me know when i will receive my refund and the company has failed to do so. And i have waited patiently but its time i get answers!

Placed an order on February 6th 2022. Said it was in stock for a discounted price. After I ordered this product was then sent an email it was on backorder. Said 2-3 weeks. Every 2 to 3 weeks id email or call for an update. They NEVER answer the phone.. Emails only.. Same old story. After 2 months I was getting uneasy about this so I've called edelbrock multiple times trying to confirm if mbenzgram evenkn ordered this kit. Each time different agents from edelbrock would search approximately an hour each time and always state that no order was ever placed in my name or mbenzgram. After After 4 months of asking mbenzgram for proof of them ordering the kit and never answering ANY of my questions or sending me ANY evidence that it was even ordered I'd get a response that's confidential company information and again 2-3 weeks backordered. Requested a refund. Going on 2 weeks and still have not even got my refund.

Ordered part and took money quickly(9/17/21), never said item backordered even though website said part in stock; waited 8 months, and after hundreds of emails, cancelled the order (april 25, 2022)since it was never going to be delivered; was told 5-7 days for refund; still waiting 2+months for refund; 'bots' say same thing: someone in accounting will contact you and they never do; this is a scam website run by 'bots'...Plain and simple...Steer clear otherwise you will lose your money,too!
