Autohance Mixed Experience with Autohance: Review of AFE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake System

So, I recently gave Autohance a try and honestly, my experience with them wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. When I tried to call and place an order, there was no one available to answer the phone, which was a bit annoying. Despite this, I decided to take a chance and place my order on their website, hoping that it would go through smoothly.

Thankfully, I did receive my product in a timely fashion. It arrived earlier than the estimated timeframe, which was a pleasant surprise. The AFE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake System that I purchased was packaged well and arrived in good shape.

But, after installing it, I can't say I'm super impressed with the overall performance of the product. Despite the claim of a 13hp gain, it feels like I lost a bit of performance instead. What's even more concerning is that the intake tube gets very hot which makes me question whether this was really the best brand choice for me.

As I continue to use this product, I have started to wish that I could trade it in for the cai cold air intake instead. Overall, I'd say that Autohance is alright and it gets the job done, but there are definitely some areas where they could improve their service and product offerings.

Autohance Frustrating purchase experience with missing brake pads - review

Dey didn't give me wat dey promised me - brake pads. I mean, it's annoying as heck cuz I was needing dem like NOW. Though to be honest, maybe it's not their fault entirely. I mean things are messed up all over cuz of the supply-chain jam. But dey shoulda checked before taken my moola! I ain't gonna lie, customer service was on point and helped me out a lot. I will probs give dem another chance, but ONLY if they make dang sure the product is ready to be shipped. They need to stop teasing their customers with "out of stock" stuffs. It's dumb! If dey ain't got it, dey shouldn't be sellin' it! It's just common sense, ya know? 'Cuz it's a real hassle for us waiting on nuthin' when we need it like yesterday.

Autohance Autohance: Exceptional Service, Quality Products, and Lightning-Fast Shipping!

The product on Autohance website is amazing! The exhaust is top-notch and the price is even better! I was thoroughly impressed by the speedy shipping, which is an important factor when it comes to buying a product. After purchasing my Borla Atak System, I loved it so much that I suggested it to my friends in various Ram groups on Facebook. They were amazed to see my post and immediately asked me about the website and the discount code I used, which was Cyber. So, it lead to the purchase of two others in less than an hour! The best part? I received pictures from my buddies of their purchase and enthusiastic reviews of the exhaust's sound. It was so awesome to hear their feedback and it made me even happier with my own purchase.

Over the following week or so, I was approached by around 30 people, who wanted to know the details of my purchase and expressed their interest in the same product. Interestingly, it led to another 6 or 7 individuals showing me proof of their own purchase from Autohance. I am pretty sure that the company has sold at least $10,000 worth of Borla Atak Exhaust with my referral. Autohance provides an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. You will receive excellent customer service, fast shipping and top quality products. You can even check the Facebook groups and see for yourself what I am talking about.

Autohance Maximize Your Car's Power and Style with this Easy-to-Install Upgrade

This product rocks! Installing it was a breeze, it fit right into all the factory places like a glove. And it looks sweet too! The air filter can be washed and used over and over again, no greasy oil mess like some other brands. This system replaces the old restrictive parts that used to be in place, like the intake housing and throttle body intake tube. The air filter uses the factory pins and the air pump intake hose while the air bridge stays put with the factory grips. And the mass air flow meter sticks around in its spot, so no obnoxious alerts going off in my car. They let me select a color between red, blue, and black, but I went with the black because it looked more official in my ride. The product did just what they said it would, snappier throttle response, a sweet sound when revving, and more horses under the hood. I would 100% recommend this baby to anyone looking for a little boost in power and style.

Autohance FedEx Delivery Disaster: Autohance Customer Service Failed to Resolve the Issue

Autohance is a pretty good service, but this one time when I ordered something from them, it was a real mess with FedEx. They said they came by my house three times to deliver the package, but that's just a bunch of hogwash because I was home every single time. I even looked outside to see if I could spot their vehicle, but no avail. And to add insult to injury, they claimed that they couldn't deliver it because of some made-up security issue.

I tried calling customer service multiple times, but they didn't even bother to respond. It's like they treat their customers worse than garbage. I don't know why they can't just deliver the damn package or let me pick it up at their facility. FedEx even had the audacity to say that since I wasn't the shipper, I couldn't do anything about it.

After four attempts, they finally delivered it to me. But honestly, the whole experience was a huge waste of my time. I had to stay at home just so that I could sign for the package. And I can't even trust them with my business shipments anymore because of all the hassle. FedEx really screwed up and I don't think I want to deal with them ever again. They're just not worth it.

Autohance Upgrading my Honda Civic SI with Autohance - Exciting Christmas Gift & Anticipated Performance Boost

I just had to share my excitement about the Autohance system that I've been eyeing for my Honda Civic SI. It took me over a year to finally make the purchase, and I'm giving it to my wife as a Christmas present. I can't wait to see her face light up when she opens it!

Now, I still have to get the product ceramic coated for protection before installation, which means I won't be able to test its performance until spring. But from what I can see right now, everything looks fantastic. All of the components were present in the box, and they look like they'll match up nicely with the gaskets I bought separately. Needless to say, I'm a happy customer so far.

I'm hoping that the Autohance system will give my Honda Civic SI a significant performance boost. I've read plenty of positive reviews from other customers who have experienced increased horsepower and torque, as well as improved sound and aesthetic appeal. Of course, I won't know for sure until I have it installed and put it to the test myself. But the anticipation is half the fun, right?

Overall, I would definitely recommend Autohance to anyone who wants to upgrade their vehicle's performance and looks. The system comes with all the necessary components, and the installation seems straightforward enough even for those who aren't experts in car mechanics. Autohance Autohance Review: Terrible Customer Service and Inaccurate Information

Looked on Autohance.com for a catalytic converter for my beast of a car, a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Decided to give them a ring, as there were just too many options on the website. But man, was I in for a disappointment. Not a single soul asked me if my car was a California model, or even gave me a heads up about it. And being a layman, I had no clue about it either. They just recommended one to me, and I went ahead and purchased it. The guy at the muffler shop put it on, only to find out that it was the wrong one. And what's worse, Autohance didn't even lift a finger to help me with the issue. As a result, my engine light keeps coming on, and I'm out of pocket. Phoned up MagnaFlow to report the issue, and they were much more helpful. They told me to take a closer look at the code written on the inside of the hood. And that's when I came to know that my car was a California model.

Now, I have to say that it's not easy for a regular consumer to identify whether their car is a California model or not. Except, of course, when dealing with the catalytic converter. There are no other signs of the difference on my Jeep than the converter. To add salt to the wound, Autohance told me a bald-faced lie, insisting that I had never contacted anyone at their company. Believe me, this has never happened to me with any other company I've worked with before. Most companies would gladly help you choose the right part, and some of them even allow you to enter your VIN number to get the exact part.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Autohance and would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is a joke, they don't give accurate information, and their products don't seem to be of a high standard. So think twice before you consider doing business with them, because it's not worth the headache.

Autohance Autohance Review: Quick and reliable service for car parts and accessories

I've used Autohance a couple of times to purchase car parts and accessories. My most recent purchase was the MMOC-350z-03 (Oil Cooler) from MISHIMOTO, which I ordered on Jan 2nd. Unfortunately, MISHIMOTO's warehouse was shut down for updates until the 7th, so I had to wait a few days before I could confirm that my order was good to go. When I called, they reassured me that everything was in stock and ready to ship.

However, when my order still hadn't arrived by the 11th, I became concerned and decided to call MISHIMOTO to see what the holdup was. It turned out that the item I requested was out of stock and wouldn't be available until April. I was obviously frustrated, so I cancelled the order and asked them to ship me the other items I had originally requested.

Then, I discovered Autohance, and I was pleased to find that they had what I needed in stock. I placed my order on their website, and they called me to let me know that the item would ship on the 14th. However, when the product didn't arrive, I called them on the 15th to confirm. That's when they told me that the item was out of stock because they had ordered it from MISHIMOTO.

At first, I was annoyed, but when the guy on the phone offered to check into it further, I started feeling like they were trying to help me out. Sure enough, he called me back the next day and confirmed that MISHIMOTO was out of stock as well. I wasn't too thrilled, but I decided to switch to the Chrome item instead of black and asked them to ship it as soon as possible. And to my surprise, the item arrived on my doorstep by 3:00 the next day.

Overall, I was impressed with Autohance's customer service. They were proactive and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. I did encounter some miscommunication and misinformation along the way, but I think that's just par for the course with online shopping sometimes. And at the end of the day, I'm grateful that they were able to provide the part that I needed when nobody else could. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quick and reliable service.

Autohance Autohance Review: Complete Disaster - Unreliable Delivery Dates and Lack of Integrity. Save Yourself the Hassle and Look Elsewhere

Autohance was a complete disaster for me. I did all the research I could prior to buying my exhaust and nothing seemed shady, but boy was I in for a rude awakening. Firstly, their Secretary of State profile showed they have not been in operation for too long which should have been my first red flag. I bought my exhaust on November 30 and they had the nerve to send me an email stating that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive, which I was okay with since that's what the product page said. However, what followed was nothing but pure frustration.

They kept rescheduling my delivery date, telling me it would arrive at a certain time but then changing their minds once that date had passed. I understand that sometimes things can happen out of their control, but what bothered me the most was that they did not inform me that they were not receiving any shipment from the manufacturer. I eventually called them on January 6 since I had not received anything from them. That's when I found out that my product would be shipped out late February, which was almost three months after I ordered it. If they knew beforehand that they were not receiving orders, why didn't they tell me that in the first place?

Furthermore, I checked the product page again and it had an estimated delivery date of two weeks at that time. So why was I being told a different date when they didn't even have the product to begin with? It's frustrating to think that they sold a product they didn't even have and kept me waiting for months, all because they were "money hungry" and lacked any sort of integrity. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund, but it was a huge inconvenience for me.

In conclusion, save yourself the hassle and buy your products elsewhere. You can find better services and pricing at Redline360, Hardmotion, LM Performance, and other places. Don't be fooled by Autohance's "quickest" delivery time. It's not worth the stress and frustration.

Autohance Disappointing Product and Service from Autohance: Damaged Package and Missing Parts

I got the Autohance package a couple of days ago after it was delayed two times. The first thing I noticed when I got it was that the package was all taped up and looked a bit damaged. When I opened it up, I found out that some of the pieces were missing, including one muffler, some hangers, and hanger keepers.

I tried to contact their customer service, and they said they would send an email with the tracking number in 24 hours, but it's already been 48 hours now, and I still haven't received anything yet. The worst part is that my husband has been waiting for this part for a while now, and we had trouble ordering it from another shop before. It's really frustrating.

Overall, I wasn't happy with the product or the service I received from Autohance. It's disappointing to receive a package that's been damaged and missing pieces, and even more frustrating when the customer service doesn't respond in a timely way.

Autohance Disappointing Returns Process and Customer Service from Autohance

I had a bit of an issue with Autohance when trying to return a product but wasn't too pleased with the runaround I got. I tried calling customer service more than once but never got through to anyone. Finally, I emailed them and was told that I would receive instructions for a return within 6-12 hours. I didn't actually get the instructions until two whole days later, so I had to reach out and request them again.

To make matters worse, I had to pay for the return shipping even though some sites offer prepaid returns as a courtesy to their customers. Honestly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I'll be buying from Autohance again in the future. Hopefully they can improve their customer service and returns process going forward.

Autohance Trouble with New Brake Pads: Autohance Package Mishap

So, I was doing my brakes today and ran into a little hiccup. The package of my new brake pads from Autohance arrived with a little surprise - a metal piece fell off of it as soon as I opened the package! As I was working on my front right rotor, one of the metal mounting clips broke off as well. I was just about to install my new slotted and drilled rotors with the ceramic brake pads, too. What bad timing!

I'm not sure what caused this issue or how it happened - maybe it was just a fluke? But I still need to finish this brake job and I don't have the proper parts to do so. So, I'm reaching out to the folks at Autohance in the hopes that they can help me out. Maybe they'll be able to provide me with a replacement clip or even an entirely new set of brake pads. Whatever they can do to assist me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I must say, I'm a bit disappointed with this experience. I was really excited about my new brakes and now I'm not even sure if they'll work properly. But maybe this is just a small bump in the road. I'm hopeful that Autohance will do their best to make things right and get me back on the road soon. I'll keep you all posted on how this situation unfolds.

The website called Autohance.com needs some major clean-up and restructuring to make it more user-friendly. It's just not easy to navigate since the flow from one page to another is choppy and disconnected. Worse, there are moments when the parts aren't even categorized correctly! It feels like you're on a treasure hunt just to find the specific item that you need, which could get frustrating.

Autohance Mixed Experience with Autohance: Good Customer Service but Long Wait Time

So, here's the deal about Autohance (autohance.com) - I had a bit of a rough experience with them recently. I ordered something that ended up getting stuck at the port, and it was kind of a mess trying to sort it out.

Autohance did contact me a few times via email, asking me to give them a call. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but it took several days before I was able to actually get ahold of someone on the customer service team. And when I finally did get through, they informed me that my item was still stuck at the port, and that I could either wait for it to arrive or choose another item.

At that point, I was pretty frustrated. I had been trying to get in touch with Autohance for several days, and it would have been nice if they had given me some kind of discount or something for all the hassle. But unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Anyway, I did end up choosing a different item and it did eventually arrive, so I guess there's that. But overall, I have mixed feelings about Autohance. Yes, they did eventually help me out, but the whole experience was pretty stressful and it took way longer than it should have.

So, if you're thinking about ordering something from Autohance, just be aware that there's a chance you might have to jump through some hoops to get your order sorted out. And don't be afraid to be persistent - it took me several days of calling and emailing before I finally got through to someone.

Autohance Autohance Review: Pricey Shipping and Overpriced Items, Limited Selection for 6L Ford

Man, let me tell you about my experience with Autohance. First off, the shipping cost was ridiculous. I mean, I get it, they gotta make their money, but it's like they're punishing you for not spending a small fortune. I tried to order this little thingamajig that couldn't weigh more than a feather and the shipping cost was gonna be as much as the actual item. That's just crazy, in my opinion.

And don't even get me started on their pricing. I was looking to buy a couple of items for my car - one was $320 and the other was $323. But I ended up finding both of them for under $299 elsewhere, and it was the exact same product and part number. So, you know, Autohance isn't exactly the most competitively priced place out there. And when it comes to parts for a 6 L Ford, their selection is pretty slim. There just isn't a lot of variety in any given category.

I will say that the item I did end up ordering was decent quality, but I just can't justify spending that much on shipping for such a small item. And when it comes to bigger purchases, I'll definitely be shopping around before heading back to Autohance.

Autohance Autohance Review: Good Service & Selection But Injen Cold Air Intake Only Compatible With Quattro Vehicles

I recently purchased a cold air intake by Injen from Autohance, and upon receiving it, I was impressed with its appearance. However, after looking further into the website, I discovered that it was only compatible with Quattro vehicles. This important detail was not mentioned on the website, nor was the fact that the intake was not compatible with FWD ultra edition models that had an MAF sensor. Luckily, the instructions included in the package clarified this for me.

Autohance Autohance.com Review: Affordable Car Parts with Impressive Selection and Easy-to-Use Website

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with Autohance.com. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous ordering car parts online - had some bad experiences in the past - but this site really came through for me. First of all, the prices are unbeatable. I couldn't believe how much cheaper their brake pads and rotors were compared to other sites I checked out. And their selection is pretty impressive too - they had a whole bunch of different brands to choose from.

Autohance Autohance: Incomplete Order and Misleading Shipping Times

Ordered some stuff from Autohance (autohance.com) on May 1st and got an email talking about how it was gonna be like 3 to 5 days before it got here. Didn't think too much of it and then I got the box on May 4th. Only problem is that it was only half of what I ordered. Not cool, man. Rang up customer service and they're like "Oh yeah, your other stuff is on the way, should be there next week." What?! Why didn't they say that in the first place?

Anyway, I ask the dude over at customer service about why nobody ever told me it was two packages and he just brushed me off like "Is there anything else I can *helpyou with?" Ugh, so annoying. Finally got the second package on May 10th, so that's like 10 whole days of waiting around like an idiot.

Prices were definitely cheaper than most of the other places I looked at, but like...come on. Don't tell me stuff is gonna be delivered in 3 to 5 days if it's not even gonna be all of my order, let alone arrive on time. So yeah, just be wary of the shipping times and all that.
