We love OEM Vehicle Parts. This is our 3rd time ordering from them and we dealt with the super helpful Deb. Shipping was supposed to take a while but Deb sped it all up for us. One of our items was on Back Order but we still got it later on in a separate package. We were so relieved we got it as we waited for it to come from across the pond. Thanks Deb and OEM Vehicle Parts for always coming through!

I just wanted to tell everybody that I recently purchased some car parts from oemvehicleparts.com and it was great. We spent almost $2000 on those parts and they really helped us out. They were with us every step of the way, from picking out the parts to getting them shipped to us. We even had a problem with delivery and they helped us out by opening up a claim with UPS! Thankfully, it all worked out in the end and we got everything on time.

One of the people that helped us in customer service was Chris and he was excellent. He really knows his stuff, and he was patient when we had questions. Plus, he was just nice to talk to in general.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with oemvehicleparts.com. They know how to treat their customers right and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs car parts. Thx, Steve

OEM vehicle parts is not a good company to deal with. Don't even think about buying from here! I waited for 3 months for my order to arrive and had to call them and email them multiple times to even get an update. When I finally received my order, the item I received was totally different from what I actually ordered and paid for. It was so frustrating to deal with this company as they don't care about their customers at all. There's no way to get in touch with their customer service, it's almost like they don't exist. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my time and money with this so called company. All I can say is that this is a totally fake company and I highly suggest you look for a legitimate company instead. Don't make the same mistake I did, don't waste your money and stay away from OEM vehicle parts.

OEMvehicleparts.com is no good. In fact, it's downright awful. I paid for $900.00 worth of parts, but all I got was a measly $600.00 worth. And get this: the website said that the parts had shipped, but they hadn't even left the warehouse. I was so mad that I called them. The guy who answered said he needed to check the order and put me on hold. Then, the phone just went silent! When I called back, some other dude answered and said that the main man was gone. Poof!
