I signed up for the 3 day trial period and cancelled the services from your company. I no longer wanted the services because I was unable to mavigate the website to my understanding. I was interested in some of the photos but was unable to talk to the people as I wanted to. When I made up my mind I cancelled the service. The money was still taken from my card. I the money to be refunded backvto my card as soon as possible please. I hope that we can come to an understanding of this matter. If you have any questions please call me at [protected].     My name is Nina A. Billington. I want to cancel my subscription dated on May 1, 2018. I received a bill for #31.90. I want this fee removed immediately. I sent an email to you on May the 2nd, 3, rd, and 4th. Jennifer returned my email with the assurance that this bill/fee was removed. Today is May 29th, 2018 and this bill is on my credit card. I have contacted my credit card company as of 6:30 p.m. central standard time and they are telling me to refuse to pay this charge. Sincerely Yours, Nina A.     I request the fee of $31.90 removed immediately from mate1.com as of May1st 2018. I emailed Jennifer and she assured me that my fee was removed. Your company is fraudulent in billing me as of today May 29th, 2018. I have contacted my credit card company and they are removing this charge off my card. I demand a confirmation number to cancel this wrong fee/transaction immediately. Please call me at [protected] or email me immediately at
