Massey Truck & Trailer Repair is a terrible company. I rented a car from Avis and got a flat tire on a busy road. The police called this tow company to help me, but they lied and took my car to an impound lot instead of returning it to Avis. They charged me a lot of money on my credit card because of this. The driver seemed suspicious, and I had to ride in a police car back to Avis. I called the tow company, but they acted like they didn't know anything. I had to file a stolen car report with the police, and they found my car at the impound lot. Avis was supposed to get the car, but the tow company won't give it back. Don't use this company!
