I have paid my credit payment 18 March 2026 my credit due was 19 March but due to eid holiday money not enter to the credit card from fab bank, but it's not my problem, you guys returned late payment fees but not reverse tawarruq profit, i don't know what is that, even my another credit card you guys put cash advance fee for binance purchase but that is i never know the mashreq policy and it's happened in 3 years only once because i never had idea, but you guys reversed it as a loyal customer and long time maintain mashreq policy but as you revert money not deducted from my current balance, it should be deduct because i have paid reverse amount before than you reversed, one last big complaint is you guys not active in WhatsApp, in mashreq chat even you guys remove rise complain option from my mashreq app, it is really poor service please build your communication services more stronger
