Marshalls review: Employee

Today I was in line checking out and one of your cashiers jumped into an argument I was in with another customer and was arguing with me. She was extremely rude and had the biggest attitude and was being very racist! I dont know how she has a job there and should not be working with the public. She refused to give me her name and when I asked for a manager she refused that as well. I was in a hurry and didnt have time. Reason why I am writing to you here! I hope something is done because this was not okay, I do not want to shop where racist people are working! She also called me a "Karen" which was very rude and unprofessional for an employee to say to a customer let alone to jump into customers argument regardless of the argument she should not be doing such things. The other cashier that I was standing at was being rude as well! NOT okay at all. This was the Philadelphia Location at Philadelphia mills around 2:30-3:00 pm.
